2nd try...

MeaCulpa Hello everyone. As the name suggests, this is my second grow. The two Hulk Berries are hermaphrodite seeds from my first grow. I used them here to fill up. I planted the germinated seeds on 10/05/2023. In addition, 3 White Widow, 3 Special Kush, and 1 GG#4. I planted the germinated seeds on 10/13/2023. I strongly suspect that my tent will become too small. Then I’ll have to outsource. I’m using BioBizz All Mix soil and clay balls for drainage (about 3cm high). Underneath are coffee filters so the balls don’t fall out. The carbon filter is a set from that big online store where I can be a Prime member ;-P (I mean about €80) For ventilation, I’m using 3 PC fans that together consume just 10W. One for intake, two for air distribution. But I can add more if needed. Unfortunately, I’ve caught fungus gnats, but I hope to solve this problem soon. In the two red and blue bowls on the floor is Pino Grigio. Those gnats are little alcoholics. It works quite well. Better than beer or red wine, but they have to go.... My problem with the spots was solved with the right pH value. Thanks again to Mr_Weeds_Autos, HeavyHittah, GrowerOG, Growedbypepper, and AutoflowersSuck. I’m an idiot 😅. Even though I knew, I mixed my solutions just like in spring without measuring. Pretty dumb.... I’m now trying to kill my fungus gnats with nematodes. Otherwise, neem oil. Both ordered.

MeaCulpa OK, I’ve taken on the battle against my fungus gnats..... and it looks like a military hospital in here. I added 3,000,000 nematodes (Steinernema feltiae) to about 2.5L of water (pH 6.2) for the soil. I sprayed the leaves with a neem and rapeseed oil mixture. To prevent the soil from absorbing it, there are white sheets for the patients. 😄 I have no idea if it’s working. We’ll see. Otherwise, I really like my babies.

MeaCulpa My "White Widows" worry me a little. (The middle row). Somehow they stagnate and grow no longer properly. Of course I know that they grow small and compact. But they are overtaken by everyone else. I think I topped them too soon. However... I got my fungus gnats under control pretty well. Only a few are still there. I put my 60cmx60cm tub underneath again. The water flowed through too quickly and I replaced my yellow glue boards with blue ones. I know they're for trips, but they were just there. So I cut them into strips and glued them to the inside edges.

MeaCulpa I sponsored my ladies a new apartment. From 5.6L to 11.0L. I think they will like it. In the next few days, I'll send them into flowering. Everything else is good. I also tried some clones for a friend..... I'm curious if they have rooted.

MeaCulpa Each of the ladies looks perfectly healthy. Which makes me very happy. However, I'm a little undecided about defoliation... but the question has already been asked. I'll get an answer right away.

MeaCulpa Third week in bloom. Everything is going well. My only concern is that I have defoliated too much and my humidity is too high. Difficult to get it down when it's just raining outside. I'll see what happens... 19.12.2023 I've made some space and flanged my old 60x60x120cm tent on the right site and switched on another PC fan. I hope I haven't made a serious mistake. All fans repositioned. And everything is taped off so that no light comes in. That was too crowded. Next time 4 or 5 will be enough for me.

MeaCulpa Happy new year! I switch to water in a week and then rinse for 2 weeks. Everything looks good so far. The only thing that worry me a little is the high humidity. In the small tent I have almost always under 50% humidity in the evening, In the large tent it is rarely below 60%-65%. Although my filter is supposed to make 243m³/h, my tent construction is probably too much for it. With 90% outside humidity since weeks, it's really a battle against windmills. I hope nothing gets moldy.

MeaCulpa I got my humidity under control. From now on there is only H2O without fertilizer. But I think my gorilla is a little too brown. I really hope it has to be that way. Otherwise all the other ladies are looking great.

MeaCulpa 8th week of flowering. There is a light at the end of the tunnel. After a tip from here, I put all the LED lamps I had in the tent. Doesn't matter how cheap they are. The two light bulbs produce 6500k daylight... And it really bears fruit. The resin production around it is clearly visible. I'm excited. I realize that the trichome photos are a little too early, but I'll test the photo quality.

MeaCulpa I get the first place among complete idiots! EVERYTHING IS FULL OF SEEDS!!! I completely freaked out and didn't even understand it. Apparently no lady had a hermaphrodite. No “yellow penis” or “scrotums.” I taped up my window and all the indicator lights for plugs, etc. The whole thing in a separate room. So how does it work? A good friend enlightened me. I slept at a colleague's house about 2 weeks ago. He also grows. Messy tent. Because he doesn't pay for electricity. And the tent was open all day long. Another friend told me that his whole grow was full of seeds. The idiot didn't even tape off his indicator light in the tent. Fat red irritating light all the time. This means the sperm is happily distributed around the apartment all day long. That's how I brought the plague into my house. If I understood that correctly. I'm really mad at him. He is not aware of any guilt. I can't eat as much as I want to vomit. So I harvested them to stop the seeds from growing and maybe be able to smoke some. Accordingly, there are no trichome photos. It's too early anyway. And now you can laugh your ass off and throw balls at me.

MeaCulpa Gorilla was first dry enough to trim and try. 34,9g. Fully on schedule I'm really excited. It knocks me out of my chair, tastes really great and doesn't scratch my throat. That should give me proof that I flushed correctly. I also read my electricity meter. Approx. 400 kWh since October. Are at € 0.37/ kWh approx. 150 € total current costs. Her sisters will be ready for trimming, trying and evaluating tomorrow or Saturday. Oh right. And I'm trying to ferment the whole thing in a glass. Since I have nothing left to lose here, I'll give it a try. Thanks for reading.

MeaCulpa 2nd round. Today it was the turn of the White Widows. 100.7g. Together with the GG#4 they are 135g under one 150W Mars Hydro. I have to cut off a few more leaves. But I am completely satisfied.

MeaCulpa 4th round. These were the Special Kush. The buds are very fluffy. Therefore only 83.3g. But it doesn't matter. I learned so much this grow, it was worth it. I think the Hulk Berries in 2 days. They're not dry enough yet.

MeaCulpa Those were the last ones. So I'm done with my second grow. I should have left out the two Hulk Berries here completely. I had this space problem anyway and, as I said, they were seeds from a hermaphrodite/crossed grow. They have the most seeds. I think I'll make oil out of this. Let's see. My conclusion: a great pleasure to be here. Many thanks to everyone for help, encouragement and criticism. I'll bother you some more. Nice weekend @all
