Both seem to be slowing down as far as stretching goes. They both are getting slightly taller every week. There were a few weak fan leaves and stems near the bottom of both plants so I defoliated a bit more. Bud sights look nice and healthy and are have a nice slight smell.

Thank you...much appreciated. I'm still new to growing myself but my understanding is if you do combine methods correctly it will produce better yields. LST by itself would definitely have a positve effect on your yields though. I have 3 going so I'm trying each one a bit different from the next to be able to compare for myself. Good luck on your grow!
