This process has definitely reminded me about patience. Felt like a kid waiting for Santa, constantly wanting to look in on them. Re learning several lessons, and lots of new lessons being my first time. used ph tap water at 6. Pictures are from galaxy 8.(old) I'm enjoying the process. Im looking to learn and grow personally. Soil, peat, perlite, myco in solo cup, covered with clear cup dome.

Did some light training nothing more than experimental, topped northern lights, and she hasn't seemed as happy as miss banana. They have recieved exactly the same attention other than the topping. N lights is very short and small but full. Id day the difference in size is about 8in right now maybe more. Light defoliation of both girls. Using grow dots in soil with myco and feeding 1x week with recharge tea with earthworm castings top dressed. Ph around 6.3. Any suggestions on what I could try to improve especially with northern lights? Please share your knowledge. Not sure if there's not enough light for the 3, could that be my issue or some genetic issue? Thanks in advance

This week everything went fairly smooth other than miss Northern lights was getting droopy, but the soil was still moist. I made more ventilation all around the containers and poked holes so maybe it helps. Fella like im only watering 1x week 32oz of recharge tea per. The 2 older girls both appear to be hitting the flower stage near the end of the week. I'm trying to listen to the plants, without forcing things. Im sure I could use more light or a bigger one, I'm going back and forth if it's really worth the money or see how things grow and go from there. Vivo 100w full spectrum led is surprising me so far.

(Thinking this is 2 weeks worth of pics. )These last couple weeks I've seen the most growth, and added another vivosun 100w full spectrum. That gives me 2 that are connected to my ac infinity 69 pro controller. That controller has made everything so much easier than I expected just by checking everything even if im at work. Also added flower fuel to my compost tea that has npk 1-34-32. I feel like the grow dots have made my 1st time almost set it and forget it type thing. But it's hard to tell what stage the grow dots are at. Are they where I need it to be? Almost pushed the bloom to much but that's part of learning. My motto thru this has been "Failure is Growth. "

If I go by time im officially on day 60. I've heard the saying on autos 84 and the door. Being they usually finish around day 84. Being my first time and this close to the end. Is this nutrient burn? Plant tips are dry/ brown, watering as needed 1-2 wk. Thanks

Yoo ! Doesnt look like burnt to me, I’d say it’s lacking in phosphorus or maybe calcium. Nutrients burn make the tip of your leaf going yellow and bending up and can go all around the leaves. Good luck

I have not heard the phrase "84 and door" before but it sounds neat, I don't think its a golden rule though. Your plants are looking a bit overfeed at the moment and that discoloration could be from a bit of a salt buildup in the soil locking out some nutrients or a lack of some other nutrient not related to a buildup. Its mimicking Potassium deficiency, Also to much Nitrogen as Nh4 with low amount of NO3 will lock out potassium. magnesium and calcium. This is what its looking like to me, but play aorund with your nutrients and maybe lessen up on the N and try and get some runoff with your next water to leach some of it out. Be careful not to water to fast with soil as it can compact it and cause other issues. Good Luck!

No that's not nutrient burn. It's on the lower leaves and it's more a natural looking fade or senescence. Your plants look good.

The buds on the strawberry banana looks dense and they are thick but soft. Did start checking run off ph a couple weeks earlier and realized she was good. Northern lights was running 4.3ph runoff so I flushed really well and she seems happier. Also probably did to much pruning of the bigger fan leaves but im learning everyday. Basically only using ph water and canna flush. At this point. Triche look clear from what I can see with the jewelry loop. Thanks for

Last of the pics I have, strawberry banana is looking flushed but triches still appear clear/ cloudy with a few amber. Northern lights appears to be the same. This is basically day 84 to present. Thanks for looking, harvest probably won't be as much as im hoping, but this has been extremely therapeutic. Especially around the holidays. Thanks for fixing the issue and letting us add multiple pics at once. Hope everyone had a safe new year's. Water only tap, using air to de chlorinate. Chop is next. Just trying to decide when to chop. What do y'all think?

Hi pack, can you tell me what kind of light you’re using please I have an sb auto that is a week old and stretching like a mfker. Is under hid 600w for 12hrs (it’s in with my nearly ready fruit punch) and a desk light for 6hrs . Cheers m8

@shug60666, it's a vivosun vs1000 100w. So far it's done all I've asked of it. Im tempted to spend more $$ on either a 2nd or bigger light. But being my 1st time, I also want to see what I already have will do then compare in future. I hope this helps. Thanks.

Ta , I’m 60 & set in my ways but reckon going to have to switch to led’s from my hid/hps set ups sooner rather than later. Have heard good shit bout mars 600w but am still clueless bout how much I need to spend for 2x led (equivalent of 600hps each) without breaking my very fragile uk bank !!

@shug60666, I completley understand, I almost bit the bullet and bought a big bar style light, but decided on black Friday to get another to match the 1 already have. Trying to keep costs down as I learn and honestly im kinda surprised at how well they are doing. Ordered in Amazon for $110, I've got 3 plants total but 2 are a couple weeks older. If I did it over I would have bought a bigger, more expensive light mainly for better coverage all around. Sorry just responding. Hope this helps.

The grow dots were added when I mixed up the soil at the very beginning. So far the grow dots and recharge have made things easier than I expected.
