m0useanswered grow question a year ago few options for this and a few more options to prevent it.
1) like others have said, elevate the pot and increase surface area to help evaporate the water, trivet's or pot risers help with this. I use the formaer and found them at the dollar store A+
2) allow the temps to increase a bit to help facilitate the evaporation of the product
3) keep air flow up to get rid of the higher RH in the air to increase evaporation.
Mainly you just have wait and it will fix its self, then don't add in as much water next time.
Some preventative options are to control your watering and don't add in so much OR to add in more aerating things into the medium like perlite or LYCA, The former is only really good with dry amendments, the alternate is needed if using hydro nutrients to prevent a salt build up.
This help the water flow though and not become as waterlogged, this has one downside though, It will require more frequent waterings but one main upside is no more overwatering and much less likely to encounter rootrot.
Good Luck!
