Soaked seeds overnight and then used the paper towel method. Put the paper towel in a baggie then in a blanket near a heat register. Tried to get the cat to sit on it like a mother goose, but he wouldn’t.
Got antsy and after 48 hours in the paper towel, I moved the seeds directly into the final 5 gal pot in my tent. The seeds showed a small sign of the white stem when moved to soil.
After in soil I kept my tent at 65-70% humidity and between 75-85 degrees during the day (lights on 80%) and about 68 degrees at night (lights off, just how warm my basement is).
After about 60 hours (day 3) in final pot I got my first action. Both plants poked out of the soil, one looked great and the other has started with a helmet head.
Nice looking girls.
Reason y your plant on the left got ahead a bit, is she didn't have the PH issues the left 1 did.
Some phenos (strains) might be more sensitive swings in PHs as it travels through the sub. Its at to coming out of it and seems to be catching up.
Good luck on your journey
