Fem Seedrun Oim's Finest TUT.-STS making🔩⚙️

Dear fellow Cannabistas, welcome.. In the beginning of 2023 I started to sell my seeds to a friend whos running a growshop in austria. This collab turned out to be very productive. Next seed patch demands feminized seeds, so I thought maybe it is interesting for you to see how it's done here in my micro-cosmos at Oim's Finest. Pollen donor for this run is Bloom&Seed.Co's Strawberry Bubbles. This is a very nice cultivar, ridicolously strong Strawberry Cream Scent and a decent strong high. Reversal will be done with Silverthiosulfate (STS). I am in the last days of veg, the switch to 12/12 will happen soon. Servus and welcome dear fellow Cannabistas. Finally I decided how to get started in terms of when to start the treatment with STS and how often I will use the solution until the pollensacks of the sprayed plants r matured enough to pop open. First off a small photo galery on how to make your own STS. U will need Silver Nitrate and Sodium Thiosulfate. To make 0.5l of usable STS do the following: - dissolve 0.1g of Silver Nitrate in 100ml pure water! Name the solution Part A - dissolve 0.5g of Sodium Thiosulfate in 100ml pure water! Name the solution Part B - Now u have to mix A into B and dissolve the mixture in a ratio of 1:10 with pure water to get started. Problem with this whole thing is that u can't store the ready-made STS so u don't want to use all of your Part A+B. U can store the components separately in the fridge for long terms. - to get the 0.5l for one time use.. Mix 25ml of Part A into 25ml Part B! Dissolve this Mix in 450ml pure water to get ur half liter of STS. The 3 Strawb.Bubbles Cuts have been sprayed today for the first time. Significant changes should happen over the next 7-10 days. Last but not least for those who want to use this Tutorial. U must not use equipment made from any metal when mixing, or handling these chemical components. Many metals will react with these two components. Use glas or plastic cubs, plastic spoons to stir the solutions. Wear safety googles, gloves and a face mask as the vapors of these chemicals irritate mucous membranes, skin and eyes.. Always work on a good vented place! Servus Folks, Bad news. STS Components I got had been stored badly and the created STS was quite much for the bin😡🖕😡.. Another couple of weeks wasted for nothing.. I am pretty upset atm.. But that's life and sometimes it sux pretty much😅👉👌.. Nevertheless.. stand up, get it together and we'll give it another try next year in spring.. until that.. have a good one and grow save!
