DoS Si Dos Auto & Glue Gelato Auto

DonGrowian Just poured a little clear water. Temperature is at 23.4°C and the humidity is at 74%. Transplanting into final medium. 15L Autopots. 75g Stratrex, 3g Mycrotrex mixed into the soil. 2g Mycrotrex in the planting hole. 2 Biotabs per pot. Soil watered with 0.5L water, 20ml Orgatrex, and 2g Bactrex. Then another 0.5L clear water on top. Day 6: So far, everything is going smoothly. Today gave about 0.4L of water per plant, no additional nutrients.

DonGrowian Day 10: Poured about 1L of pure water. Plants look vibrant and healthy. Day 12: Continuing normal growth. No special events at all!

DonGrowian Tag 16: Still normal growth. Watering every now and then with a glass of water!

DonGrowian Tag 28: Struggling with problems. Not sure yet if it's light stress, magnesium deficiency, or low temperature. Gave CalMag 2ml/l and 20ml Orgatrex…1L per plant.

DonGrowian Tag 35: The deformities are probably due to over-fertilization, resulting from top watering with the Biotabs. They seem to dissolve much faster than in the Autopots. Flowering sites are clearly visible, and I hope that the over-fertilization will be outgrown now that the plants need more nutrients during the stretch.

DonGrowian Day 39: The over-fertilization seems to be growing out a bit. What's remarkable is the growth gradient from left to right. I haven't found any reasons for that yet. The sizes of the plants range between 65cm (Glue Gelato back left) and 37cm (Glue Gelato front right). The Dos Si Dos are settling in relatively evenly in between. Day 41: By now, I'm almost sure that it's not over-fertilization, but a phosphorus deficiency. A community I visit says the same. But I'll throw the question out here as well.

DonGrowian The nutrient issue is slowly being resolved. The ladies have received a total of 5ml of PK13/14 from Hesi in the 50L Autopots tank. They seem to like it. One Dos Si Dos is growing incredibly tall, and I'm slowly running out of height with the lamp. Since the air circulation wasn't great, I defoliated the bottom of all the plants a bit. Now it looks much better. Update 01/11/2024: The ladies are continuing to develop. However, they still don't look really healthy. I'm not sure what's wrong with them. Some leaves look like they have a phosphorus deficiency. With others, it seems like they have too many nutrients. I'm feeling a bit overwhelmed.

DonGrowian Unfortunately, it's been a bit cold in the grow room in the middle of winter. I feel like the buds are lagging in their development. Hopefully, they'll gain some mass; otherwise, the yield this time will be a bit low.

DonGrowian It's slowly coming to an end. Unfortunately, the buds haven't grown as large as I would have liked due to the cold weather and the cooler climate in the basement, but I think there will still be plenty left over. The Dos Si Dos are a bit bigger, but the Glue Gelato are just packed with resin. They also smell incredibly delicious. I'm curious about what the harvest will bring. I think the Dos Si Dos will be ready next week. The Glue Gelato might need a few more days.

DonGrowian Today a few first harvest pictures... I've already finished 1 1/2 plants. The yield isn't as high as in the last grow, but it will probably settle around 300g in total. So far, it's 680g wet weight. I'll share more once I'm done with the harvest. More photos will come as well.

They weigh about 1190g wet from 3 plants. Now I'm just waiting on the two Glue Gelato. Unfortunately, the plants stayed very small, so they didn't get much light. The amount will be correspondingly smaller. But there will be an update on the report for that as well.

DonGrowian 06.02.2024: I've now harvested almost completely one of the two plants. I think together they will come in just under 100g dry. As expected, the yield is smaller than with the Dos Si Dos, but the strain is amazing. I've rarely seen something so resinous and sticky. I will definitely grow this strain again as a single variety. 09.02.2024 So, today was the turn of the rest. Overall, the Glue Gelato came in at 340g wet. The smell after curing is currently a bit like parsley. Let's see what it's like after drying. The buds look absolutely lovely though. Really nice and resinous and sticky. There's also plenty of trim left over, which I will collect a bit after drying and then eventually make some delicious hash with dry ice.
