You can do whatever you want.
Result will tell you at the end .
I saw more harm,than any benefit, especially if soil grows.
I tend not to harm in any way auto till final flower strech is over.

Not sure what your situation is but any additional lighting you can offer should give you due rewards if possible, regardless nice grow with what you have provided (even natural sunlight) BTW how's she smelling ?? I'm somewhat behind you but I've got the same on the go ATM and she smelly...
