AmateurAtBest So, I have regrown these because the last 2 were just not going anywhere.
But I have learnt a huge mistake I was doing and didn't even realise - I wasn't pH'ing my humidifier. So if filled with tap water at pH 7.5 then obviously this will affect the plants. I HAD NO IDEA.
So I germinated X2 new seeds and made sure all humidifier water AND drinking water was at 5.9. These new plants have done much better considering they only germinated on 18th November and today is 6th December.
18 days from seed in the pics. Very very small dose of food and Rhizo. Watering 500ml tap water pH5.9 every 4-5 days or so. No curling, dropping or colour changes on my leaves. Healthy GREEN. One plant noticeably bigger then the other.
Planted both off center of pot so I have more room to tie down LST.
Very happy so far.
AmateurAtBest Girls are stretching BUT my light has been at a height of 19-21inchs above plants on full spectrum and I've never seen the gaps between nodes this big, this early. Maybe it's because it's Sativa dominant hybrid and I'm not used to Sativa traits.
Tied down both plants LST.

Probs gonna stop bending it about now and let it do it's thing. It's big stretch is coming up next week I reckon.
Light dropped to 18 inch. Humidity dropped to 50% ish. Temps still around 24C.
Some discolouration to the oldest bottom leaves (3 pointed fan leafs) think I had some early calcium issues. Top leaves look healthy.

AmateurAtBest This is my favourite part of the grow. Seeing the harvest window approaching. Gets me so excited.
Happy with how these have turned out so far. My expectations are never going to be great since I grow with a Blurple and in a small tent, and have limited basic knowledge of nutes etc. However I'm really looking forward to this smoke.
The stubby shorted plant is almost done. I think it's ahead of the other by 2 weeks or so. But won't be an issue as I'm drying via Lotus dry method so one plant can stay in tent to finish off while I start drying the other.
Flush will be starting now. Maybe one more feed for the taller plant that is slightly behind schedule.

AmateurAtBest Purples coming in on the stubby plant. Did a Trichome check. Stubby plant has cloudy ones and the taller plant is transitioning from milky to cloudy.
Keeping a close eye on stubby plant for some Amber then she is coming down.
Just drinking ph6 water. Taller plant had her last feed at the beginning of the week.

How long after the last flush, do you wait until you chop your plant?
Do you let it dry out so the pot is nice and light before you harvest? Or is a little moisture left in the soil ok? Did last flush 48 hrs ago and I'm itching to chop her down, but still slightly damp soil
tririchomes, pistils and density are the physical cues... not when you chose to flush last. the plant dictates these things. that is the causality of the context.
Gently remove the plant with roots attached, place plant in rapidly boiling water for 30-45 seconds. This will kill the plant and also close stomata on leafs meaning only moisture will escape through buds, this will slow down drying process dramatically.

Yielded just over 2 Oz's of dried buds. Had just over 8 Oz in wet weight.
One plant was small and a lil stunted, and I'm also gonna be restricted with my setup. But for a budget, hassle free grow it was fun and worth it. I think I'm ready to step away from Autos.
Buds have gone into Jars.
