Hi mate, you use same nutes as me apart from your a big dwc grower where as I grow in soil. I have recently upped my does of cal mag from 0.5ml to 1.0ml. Only since I bought a new bottle when I had run out that I started seeing similar issues. I used to give 0.5ml/L with no issues. If its a new bottle of cal mag your using it could be that. Iv checked the label on my old bottle and new bottle and nothing has changed.
