First time popping seeds ever. Ran into some issues. I was nervous that my seed was not going to sprout as I planted directly into rapid rooter on 2/2/2024 and I saw on Youtube that most people seeds sprout after a few days. It took an entire week before the seed sproutling was visible. I moved the little bit of dirt that was covering the sprout and while doing this I pulled the shell off. During removing the shell I ripped one of my cotyledons. I am not sure if it will make it just yet. So far the I see the first 2 leaves growing.

I was out of town from 2/19 to 2/22. I watered my Pot slightly before leaving. Since it was Transplanted about 5 days before I left I felt it was fine with water. My wife was checking it every morning and evening for me. She did add water a few times but only enough to really wet the top layer of soil. I gave the plant 1gallon of water this Morning 2/23/24. 2/27/24 - Today I checked on my plant and saw it is growing its 3rd node. I plan on topping 3/1/24. I also am mixing my veg juice tomorrow. I think ill be watering the plant Saturday 3/2/24. My plant has some yellowing on the new growth. I am not sure if this is because of needing nutrients or if its normal for the fresh growth to show a little yellow. The camera make the yellow stand out way more than I can see with my naked eye. I cant feed nutrients just yet as my soil is still pretty moist. I also removed the Dome on the plant as its getting too big for it. My humidity is a little around 43 percent and Temp is 82 most of the time in my tent. I am hoping the removal of the dome will dry my soil out a little faster for my feeding.

3/2 I gave my plant its first feeding. Gave it about half a gallon of water with a PPM of 500. I also thought about topping my plant but am not really sure where. I am not sure what one is the top spot as this is my first time every growing. I also finally received my ACInfinity CLOUDFORGE T3. This has allowed me to get my Humidity levels more under control. I was okay before because of the dome but for the last week or so I have not had a domain and my humidity has not really be regulated. 3/2 A few hours later I said fuck it and just cut the plant where I thought the top was. I cut off a few lower fan leaves. Not sure If its too early to do it or not. 3/3 Finally got my ventilation setup. I am not longer venting into the room my tent is in. I now have the exhaust being vented outside. This has allowed for better temps in tent. I am not longer being baked alive. I have also noticed a lot more stability with my temps/humidity now. Temps are sitting at 78-80ish and my humidity is sitting around 60 percent. 3/5 I started LST as my gardening ties arrived this day as well. 3/6 Today I gave just shy of 1 gallon of RO/DI water with a pinch of Epsom salt. I was waiting off as I forgot to added to my first feed on the the second. After the watering I also saw my rapid rooter exposed as the soil seemed low. I think I didn't fill the pot enough. I also added some extra soil to top up the pot and make sure the rapid rooter was buried. I also collected my run off and checked its PH and PPM. PH was 6.2 and PPM was 863. Plant also seems unhappy this morning.

3/9 - I was unable to feed with nutrients as I just gave water on 3/6. I was letting my pot dry out before feeding. I also think I was letting my pot dry out too much was my issue. I am not exactly sure and fingering the soil does not seem to be working for me. I purchased a VIVOSUN Soil Tester, 3-in-1 Plant Moisture Meter Light and PH Tester. 3/10 - I checked my soul moisture and it was getting dry so I decided to feed with 330 of my nutrients along with a pinch of Epsom salt to help with my mag levels. If i am still seeing my leaves yellowing and the new feeding schedule does not fix my issue I will add some cal mag to the feed. I gave about half a gallon of feed water and slowly gave it to the plant. I think I spent around 10-20 minutes just slowly syringe feeding. After an hour of so I still have no run off. I did happen to get feed water on a few leaves but they are hanging lower in the canopy and close to the soil. I think I might prune them off sometime this week or next week. My 2 tops are finally growing in. I think they were delayed due to watering issues. I think I may have stunted the plant but am not sure. 3/13 Watered a gallon of water with Mosquito Bits as I had started to see gnats. Most of the gnats were from my Hibiscus plants that were inside the tent as well. I have removed them and placed them outside. So far I am not seeing gnat on my cannabis plant.

3/16 Watered along with nutrients a full gallon. Plant is very small and am pretty sure its because I stunted the growth by letting the pot dry out too much. Keeping a more closer eye on my soil moisture with my meter now. 3/18 Plant was getting dry and I watered it with a full gallon of water. I am still just taking my time adding my water with a 50 ML syringe. I am not in a rush and rather not deal with run off. Plant seems be taking the full gallon in about 2 days. 3/19 Checked on it this morning and saw that it was pretty full with leaves and cover a bunch of the bottom. I did a heavy defoliation. My 2 tops are finally starting to grow after the first topping back in week 3. At this rate I think I am going to veg for 8-10 weeks is my thought. 3/20 Checked on growth and did some more LST. Tried to open the middle of the canopy. Checked Soil moisture and it looks good.

3/22 Checked on growth and saw some but was wondering if my PH was maybe off. I checked my Soil with BlueLabs Soil Pen and it said my soil was extremely. I PH up my feed to fix this. Will update with Photos in a few Days 3/24 Checked on plant and saw my 2 tops finally growing. Will leave it alone for a few more days and then top at least one more time is my current thought. 3/26 Plant was looking a little droopy. I figured it needed water. I also did a heavy defoiliation as the canopy was covering all kinds of stuff. I also cut off all the lower growth that would not really be worth time and energy. 3/28 Watered in nutrients with todays watering. I am not exactly sure what my PPM was as my meter broke during this session. I was around 200 PPM just before my meter broke and shot all the way to 900ppm. I knew this was incorrect as its normally 2-3 full 50 ML syringes before I even get 200-500. I decied to not add any more feed until I get my meter replace.

Kind of just letting the plant do its thing. Not really do much beside just watering plain water and giving Nutes once a week. Plan is to let it just be for a few more weeks before I flip. I know my yield is not going to be great but its all good. First time every doing this so I can complain.

4/15 I installed a Wyze Cam to get a timelapse of this. I honestly do not remember much of this or what was done if any was even done at all. I am pretty sure I skipped a Feed 4/12 because I saw nutrient burn. I will feed on 4/19 during my next feed cycle.

4/19 Watered half of Gallon of Crystal Geyser ph6.5 and 600ppm of feed water and also another little bit of Cal/Mag as I was seeing the brown spots and thinking I have some kind of Calcium issues. 4/20 Plant is looking a lot better. I think my issue had nothing to do with Calcium but rather a nitrogen issue. I think skipping that feed was my issue. 4/21 Watered a gallon of PH 6.5 water and had a decent amount of run off. I think I am going to start watering every other day half a gallon to 3/4 a gallon of water. 4/23 Took photos and also watered about half a gallon of RO/DI water PH6.5 . I gave about 200 PPM of Feed just to see what happens and if maybe i need to start increasing my feed amounts. Not really following my guide anymore. After I stunned my plant and then neglecting I figured why not test out other grow methods. So I plan on vegging this plant way way longer than needed because I only have 1 Tent and I plan on growing at least 2 more grows along side this one. I plan on doing a Soil grow where all I have to do is water my plants. I am too lazy to keep worrying about feed schedules. I just want to grow some flower for myself and enjoy it. I plan on continuing my original plant with my Nutrients until fully flowered. Right now I am just learning and experimenting with what I find more attactive of my lazy life style. lol 4/24 Watered again another half gallon. I gave 500ppm worth of feed as well. Plant is starting to drink up the water quick.

4/26 Gave plant another half gallon of water. Its looking more healthy now and growing. I think my issue was just not watering enough. I am not giving about half a gallon per day. I also got my PPM under control and dialed back in. Plan after some more thinking I am going to vegs for 2 more weeks after this one and FLIP and let it fly where it goes. I already got stuff for my next grow stocked up and ready to start after this one finishes and I also plan on taking some clones just incase I really enjoy this plant. 4/29 Just keeping with watering half a gallon a day. 4/30 watered and did a slight defoliation just to get some light into the canopy.

Just watering as needed. Plant looks like trash because I skipped a day of watering thinking it would be fine. It was not fine. Still pretty happy for what I have produced for my first time every growing. I got a few Autos I am going to try next.

This strain took a beating between me learning how to grow and also with my not following a strict feeding schedule. I was more experimenting and learning what works and what doesn't work for me. I under watered my plant many times and also over pruned it. I have a clone of it running it again. The extract from this strain is pleasant and relaxing.

I enjoyed growing and learning from this plant. I plan on refining my growing and getting better. I have another run going on right now. I was not worried about size so I ended up with mostly popcorn bud. I do not smoke at all. I use its for extracts.

Looking good so far. I see your magnesium is beginning to deplete. This is noticed via the green leaves beginning to fade in color slightly toward serrated edges of the leaves. Foliar feeding with unscented pure epsom salt at 1gram/gallon of water can help with magnesium. Just make your solution at the givin rate and spray top and undersides of leaves just before lights out. 👍
