Moved 3 plants to their 3 gallon fabric pot homes.
Was a tough choice as 3 looked identical but I took two of those and the 3rd which is taller and lighter in color (though healthy).
This run I’ll be working with a Doser 3.4 pump system for irrigation.
I’m running Rooted Leaf products on the hydro schedule as we as weekly feedings from the medium feed chart for Rooted Leaf. I’ve run these nutrients by hand watering and have seen some good product.
Branches seem weak, they keep snapping off at the stem with very little bending.
Getting better with time
Took off lower fan leaves as well as FIMed #1 & 2
I don’t know about Nutter Budder. All 3 plants have issues at the branches snapping off at the nodes.
Slightest bit of LST has snapped off multiple branches on all, Barely touching them.
Oh this will make late flower an absolute disaster.
At this point I might just throw away the clones from this strain, don’t waste money on it anymore. No point in figuring out what needs to be done nutritionally to help these things. The program I’m running is fine and there isn’t time to waste checking this issue.
One and done for Nutter Budder
All 3 of these Nutter Budders have had issues with snapping branches at the node with only the slightest bit of LST.
I’ve never had this with the Rooted Leaf nutrients.
Is this a strain specific issue?
From what I can see, that knot already had a great development, if you have exerted force on an already structured knot, it is normal that it can break since the already developed and structured branches do not have as much flexibility as the new ones. Good Smokes😤😤😤

If you want to train your plant with strings try to put them higher on the branches,they are more flexible at the top,if you start pulling that low you could definitely snap them at the node
Closer to the center the branches are stiffer,they need to be able to hold all those heavy buds in the end
But if you need to train them that low you could try to supercrop them

Excess calcium can also cause brittle stems.
Thin wire like in the picture would not be my first choice either..........in fact it would be my last choice.
