I soaked the seeds for 48 hours in water then transferred them into peat pods. All 6 seeds germinated. Once I up pot them in a few days I'll be switching the light from 24 hrs to 18/6. They are getting 200 ppfd and growing pretty quickly. From here on out im going to skip solo cups and go straight to 1 gal then to final 3 gal pots.
Week 3, the plant in the solo cup I damaged transplanting from the metal container I used. I'm just going to leave it in the solo cup and see what I can get from it. They are at 375 ppfd. Next week ill be giving feeding them aggressive veg by general hydroponics.
This week I've been experimenting by topping the two tallest plants a second time. I just ordered a bag of coast of maine soil and 5, 3 gallon cloth pots so that should help with the constant dry back every 2 days. They are getting 600 ppfd, by friday they will be transplanted to 3 gal containers.
Transplanted all of them into 3 gallon fabric container except the 1 plant in the solo cup that is staying in the 1 gallon. I went with coast of maine stonington blend this time but I ran out of soil so I went and bought fox farms strawberry fields and mixed it. 2/24 is flower day #1 i also watered and defoliated alittle bit for my first time.
Added a trellis net and also defoliated a little bit more. They are growing like crazy right now. Since i just transplanted into new soil I have yet to use any nutrients for the past week and 1/2.
Giving them very little calmag pretty much only 6.5ph water since I transplanted them into 3 gals. Going to wait until it looks like a deficiency to give them flower nutes since it has 1/2 strawberry fields soil.
Small buds starting to form I believe the stretch is almost over. Waiting on deficiency's to show before I add any flowering nutrients. So far it's just wanted calmag over the last couple weeks.
Increased to 2 full doses of nutrients per week, next grow I will start to increase sooner. These should be done around 60-70 days. They smell fantastic.
