Hey growers, week 1 is done and doing great so far! Seems like both plants are on the same growing track. The Purple Punch is getting good looking first leaves, the White Widow is looking good too. 1 of the leaves is alittle scrunched because the seed cap took a bit long to fall off but still looking good! I have my light on 24hrs just because its been below freezing since I started this grow so need the warmth from the light. tent is in my basement as well and it stays pretty cold down there. Hey growers, not much to report this week she has been growing just fine. 1 of the WW leaves is alittle deformed because the seed cap took awhile to fall off but seems to have no effect to how she is growing. Seeing good progress from both plants so far and have no concerns. Happy Growing!🌳

Hey growers, I've had some good growth this week on both plants. The Purple Punch seems to still be growing faster then the White Widow. Could be just the genetics of the seeds but both still looking good on progress. The Purple Punch has those couple browns on the first leafs from some water droplets getting on the leafs after filling up the humidifier and the light just roasted them. 🤦♂️ Doesn't seem to have any affect to her though she is growing really good. Other then that nothin to report, going to start a light dose of an organic nute tea for week 4 and some LST stay tuned! Happy Growing 🌳

Hey growers, I've had alot of progress this week after giving them a nute tea of Dr. Earth organic & natural premium gold all purpose dry plant food. I followed the dosage on the back of the bag on how to mix the tea. I did a half dose to the plants because I didn't want to over nute them since my soil has some residual nutes in it possibly. I did 1 cup nute tea and 1 cup water, only fed once cause my soil has stayed moist. I also started to do some slight LST since these girls are getting bushy thought it was about time. But in all no problems have occurred and their looking on schdule. 🤞 started to maybe see some pistols form but couldn't get a good picture maybe next week. Happy Growing 🌳

Hey growers, not much to report I have had good progress this week. The Purple Punch is still alittle ahead of the WW still but not much. I saw some pistols start popping as I tried to show in the video but was hard to get, so right on time with the early flower stages. I have started to do some leaf tucking as well to help get some light exposure which has worked wonders! All in all good week nothing to complain 🙌 See ya next week✌️ Happy Growing 🌳
overlapping / touching leaves might not be a bad idea, but don't create large gaps in canopy.
I try to think ahead 2-3 weeks.. whats going to be a mess of congested shit? then i alternate what i remove as i go around the plant. Leaves that are less than 5 days old aren't the most useful, but will be shortly. Be patient.. wait until there is a good reason to remove a leaf..
Depending on size of the plant, you may want a little less intense light early on. The plant can spread out better. Unless growing a very small plant, these earlay nodes are unlikely to produce buds later on... likely pruned off at some point. Don't over do this.. but a little less early, then amp up after a week or two can really be helpful to spread the plant out more easily. Get those tight nodes going again after 1-2 nodes of growth on the branches. Train them out early...

Hey growers, I got pretty busy this week with other stuff so didn't have much time to take pictures or really monitor the plants as well as I usually do. Not much to report this week I had given them some more nute tea that I made from Dr Earth gold dry amendments. I gave them each 1 cup of nute tea and ¼ cup water, while also using ¼ cup of the strained out dry amendments as mulch in the soil. They seemed to love it other then that they are looking healthy with no issues. Happy Growing! 🌳

Hey growers, had some good growth this week! They are both doing good have really started ramping up on the flower stage and think the will start the stretch here soon. Nothin to complain about but the leafs are starting to turn alittle lime green on the outsides and seem alittle droppy but I think it's because I need to dial in my VPD better and they are ready for the flowering nutes. My VPD is at 1.0 and the nutes are going in this week so hopefully that helps 🙏 other than that everything is looking good and on schedule! Happy Growing 🌳

Hey growers, I had a pretty crazy week so wasn't able to put much time into the plants this week and I should've put my flower nutes in sooner because the plants were definitely sad. But I recognized it just in time I think and was able to save them, I put pics of before n after the nutes which you can tell they are feeling better. I fed them 2 cups of the nute tea I brewed and 1/4 cup of the strained mulch solids massaged into the soil. I had to defoliate some leaves because they got way to sad and yellow but it was needed. This week I'll be keeping a close eye on them just to make sure they are still progressing fine. Also didn't see a spot to put my VPD but I have been trying to keep it between 1.3-1.5. Hey growers, I had a eventful week. The girls were looking alot better after giving them the flower nutes. But then a few days later the leaves started to get yellow on both but the Purple Punch got brownish spots as well. After some research it seems I might have a nutrient imbalance so I think I just didn't give them all they truly wanted. I just gave them another cup of the nute tea I brewed and a half cup of water. Hey growers, I have been crazy busy with work and life this week. I haven't had much time to take many progression pictures. With that being said, the girls look good starting to really get the bud growth going! I have changed my method of water and nute giving as I give about a quarter or half dose of nute with a quarter cup of water every other day to meet its needs. Seems that they like this method way better so far and has helped balance the nutes out. Other than that, I have nothing else to report things are going pretty well! Happy Growing 🌳

Hey growers, this week has been a productive week. The girls seem to be starting to pack on some weight. I'm still doing the same nute feeding schedule as last week, and they seem to love this method alot better. Still a newbie to the growing game, so every day learning something new! I am going to continue the nute feeding for next week, then look at the trichomes to see if I need to start flushing after that. Other than that, nothing else to report was a pretty good week! Hey growers, It's been another good week of growing. The girls are starting to get some bigger bud production. The WW seems close to harvest 2-3 weeks away, and the PP is still maybe 3-4 weeks away. The trichomes are looking great on both but I couldn't get a good pic thru the jewlers loupe unfortunately. I'm going to start flushing the WW this week and keep the nutes going on the PP. Hey growers, almost getting to that good time of harvest! The girls are doing good, the PP plant started acting up, getting some brownish spots on its leaves. I think it was due to stress of some sort but hasn't gotten worse, so I hope I caught it in time before harvest. I will be harvesting the WW at the end of next week or beginning of the week 15. Then I will harvest the PP in about 2 or 3 weeks, she is looking close but not ready just yet. I'm going to continue nutes on PP this week unless I see something different in the next couple of days. I think this plant is alittle stressed out from something cause she started having a bunch of spot on the leaves pop up but it's late into the grow so not much I can do at this point just gotta keep going and hope she makes it. She seems to be ready and is smelling really good, so I am excited. No problems this week, just normal yellowing and getting ready for harvest. Harvest was a success, and drying went like a breeze. I really like this plant even though I didn't get a huge yield, it smells and looks great!
