For this grow I decided to try 10 hours of darkness, and it is working like a charm! The ladies have begun the stretch and have clearly put on a few inches from the start to end of week. Although these plants have been flipped, I am still feeding them a final week of Veg nutrients + Expand as the first week of flip is a transition phase of accelerated vegetative growth. As you can tell the ladies have bounced back quickly and have begun the stretch. I've put up a scrog net, my first ever time making one instead of using a stretchy one. I think butchers twine was not the best material since it leaves fibers behind so I'll have to adjust next time.
I will be going hot and heavy with light and temps for the first 3 weeks, then I will begin bringing down temps and ppfd as the buds mature. I may also shorten the lights on time as well but I'm undecided as of now.

@Crownlaura, They are nitrogen fixers that harbor beneficial bacteria within nodules that are attached to the roots. When you trim them, the nodules burst and release bacteria into the soil which is good for the microbiology.
Aside from they, they have shallow roots and will wilt before the main crop acting as a visual indicator of a dry pot.
