FIRST GROW HELP X{10X JACK HERER}

Hi novice grower here. i have a 600w led light have put all 10 seeds into wet paper towl to start germination. i was wondering whats the rule of thumb for light distance for new plants once i pop them into a 2 litre container until i decide a new final one. any tips appreciated and helps thanks!! heres a picture of some bud ill be smoking as nobody im sure wants to see a wet paper towl haha
