Dinafem 4 Strain Grow

Hi Everyone, So this week these girls have seemed to finished stretching for the most part. This is my first heavy defoliation in flower I have ever done. It was nerve racking to strip my girls back as much as I did but from what I have seen and read up on it seems to have positive results on increased yields and at the very least better airflow. It's all about learning from people and trying different techniques to see what works best. Looking at them as naked as they are at the moment makes me think what have I done but if I stunted them then lesson learned. It's worth trying it to become a better grower! Happy growing everyone.
