theres no rule really.
some cut when al trichomes are milky, others then they start to turn amber, and some when round 40% of trichomes are amber.
so its really a cueastion of what you prefer.
ad from what ive been explained more amber tricomes tend to have a more relaxing feel and milky ones more active
