Growing Conditions: Humidity: 55-60% Day Temperature: 28°C Night Temperature: 24°C Plant Status: Height: Approximately 30 cm Growth: Notable stretching observed Pest Management: No thrips observed since cinnamon application. Entering the third week of the vegetation stage, the Banana Punch plants continue to exhibit vigorous growth. The plants have undergone significant stretching and now stand at approximately 30 cm tall. The environmental conditions remain stable, with humidity levels ranging from 55% to 60%, and temperatures maintaining around 28°C during the day and dropping to 24°C at night. Implemented several training techniques to manage the plant's growth and optimize canopy development. Conducted topping to encourage lateral growth and defoliation to improve airflow and light penetration. Additionally, applied low-stress training (LST/HST) methods to promote an even canopy and maximize bud sites. Introduced homemade "banana peel tea" to provide organic nutrients for faster recovery and overall plant health. The plant responded positively to the nutrient boost, exhibiting increased vigor and resilience. Continuously monitored for any signs of stress or pest resurgence, but no thrips have been observed since the application of cinnamon. Next Steps: Monitor plant response to training techniques and adjust as necessary. Maintain stable environmental conditions and continue regular watering. Monitor nutrient uptake and adjust feeding regimen accordingly. Stay vigilant for any signs of pest activity and implement preventive measures as needed. As the Banana Punch strain progresses through its third week of vegetation, the plants are showing excellent resilience and responding well to training techniques and nutrient supplementation. With continued care and attention, they are on track for robust growth and development. Further updates will follow as the plant advance through it's growth cycle.

Thrips. Yellow sticky traps will help. Avoid sprays/chemicals unless the problem becomes uncontrollable.
