Started with old 300w (135w draw) Mars. Switched to 600w Metal Halide day 5. Following TaNg's Easy Feeding Schedule so no nutes till day 10. Medium is Pro-mix HP Mycorrhyzae + Biofungicide in 5 gallon fabric pots.
Super easy grow so far...
Halfway thru Week 3. Growth is speeding up as well as some internodal sprouting. Not much stretching... Edit* Now i know why...
Week 4 starts slightly overwatered but otherwise going strong. A big thumbs up @Tenacious_Trichomes and @B4RNS for all their advice... Began lst day 26
Wasn't feeling good about my first lst attempt so i let her stand up during the day and tied her down again. Used today trim off a dead/dying fan leaf affected by the nute burn. Keeping trimming to a minimal, i know it stunts growth. Other than that, the inner nodes are coming in nicely...
Still vegging @ 7 weeks. Seeing signs of preflower. She's not very photogenic; alot of close ups till she starts flowering. Stalk is thick, side branches popping everywhere...
Still vegging. Starting to get some movement upwards. Upped the nutes. Looking forward to a good week...
Nearing the end of week, still no preflower. Growth is good tho...
Still vegging, no preflower yet. Spreading her out till mid-flower. Hopefully she'll be a big girl. Accidentally snapped a branch in half attempting to supercrop. Taped it up, looking good as new...
Been switching to led when temps from mh are too high...
Continuing to fill up the canopy with lst. Still no preflowers. She's spreading alot. Hard to tell how long she is as im lst'ing her sideways and curling her around the basket. About 16" wide... Now that my AU is switching to flower, I'm gonna flip to 12/12 and hopefully force flowering...
Look at that fantastic bush you have there. Amazing job topping and stress training. Can't wait to see what happens when you flip her over to flower. Keep it up buddy :D
Bro you can always force them to flower... 10 weeks is very long... Your other auto is also not forming buds yet in 7 weeks and this is strange for autos. Another thing you can do is try to implement a PK booster to see if they respond flowering. Good luck cheers! 👍
@CANNASIM, doing just that. Would've liked the AU to be a little bigger but will take what i get n try again. Gotta look at my methods n see what im doing that makes them take so long to flower.
@CANNASIM, thanx. She continues to grow n she's not showing any signs of deficiencies. Neither is the AU. I feed them regularly n keep temps in the 80's. Not sure why she'not flowering, but atleast she gets to fill up more.
@CANNASIM, yeah. She was showing signs of Nitrogen deficiency(i.e. slowed growth, yellowish veins, yellowing leaves bottom up). I just went too strong.
@CANNASIM, I was a little concerned with her taking this long. Every seed is different tho and the extra time gives me the opportunity to spread her out and grow out more branches...
