Ive been busy so unfortunately ive got a small gap in my diary 😅. Sorry for that for anyone following the report curiously..
So basically all the minor problems i had (plants showed a slight over-nutrition) went away with time. The plants adapted to the soil perfectly and are strong and healthy.
I have thrown the Black Domina away. First i thought it might be a virus, but after all I believe its simply a mutation/bad genes. Anyways, 2 out of 3 Black domina seeds were very disappointing. Therefore i planted another cream caramel seed.
By now we go 11L Gronest with auto watering, 9L Airpot with auto watering, 11L Gronest without auto watering and the small baby CC will be replanted into a 4L gronest on monday which will be the final size.
I've used some more mykhorrhiza fungus and some biological nutrients (solid fertilizer, not fluid)
Furthermore ive topped the plants 3 times over the past weeks and tied the branches down.
TOMORROW will be the start of flowering as i will switch to 12/12 light cycle. Looking forward to the stretch of the ladies 😏
Only downturn: As the plants get more thirsty with the size (and probably within the first weeks of flower too), the one wick ive put into the earth proves to be too weak. While the soil was perfectly moist in the first weeks, now i need to add a bit of water from the top every 5,6 days or so. They wont die from dehydration if i dont do it, but its better this way. Learning: 7mm Diameter Glassfibre Wick is not enough for 11L of soil. Next time thicker or even better 2 of those.
@Dolfom, thank you, yes thats what really makes this site interesting, I agree. Seeing a lot of experiments and trying to work the best working outcomes into your own projetcs :) hope the whole systems works out as expected, but it should, time will tell...
