TeeZay After tons of reading and a lack of an area to do any real composting I've decided to try Kindsoil! ordering was simple and shipping was fast! just started 4 mephisto strains (since they are the absolute best) this will be water only in 3 gallon fabric pots. each pot will get 2.5lbs of kindsoil and then topped with coco loco. Germinating in rapid rooters as usual and will update with photo's and details regularly. update 10-24 Bluetoof and 3 Bears have popped. strawberry nuggets is about ready to go but I the White stomper seed did not make the cut. Started germing another so it'll be 2 days behind. Put them all in Coco Loco potting soil with perlite at the bottom for some extra drainage and added the Heat mat because the temps have gone tits up here in the NE.

TeeZay very dissatisfied with the White stomper. yes they were freebies, but it appears 4 out of 5 seeds I received were junk. giving these one more day and I'll be replacing it with a different strain edit 11-3-18 Transplant day for the first three! Broke out the Kindsoil...hopefully this is the smell of future success lol I popped a Forum stomper to replace the white stompers. Posted on Reddit to see if any others had issues with the seeds. Forum stomper of course dropped it's Taproot after 36 hours and should be above ground tonight. I prepped all 4 pots. Put approximately 2.5lbs in each 3 gallon pot. Then added Coco Loco for about 2" as a buffer before the plants hit the hot soil. then transplanted and topped them off. I'm leaving the last pot for a week till the forum stomper is ready for a new home.

TeeZay Forum stomper stretched a bit more than I usually like due to being blocked by another plant. I'll remedy that when I transplant her. Other girls are looking good. definitely had some stress due to transplanting. I find it amazing the difference in root production between all my previous grows in Coco and this, my first time growing in dirt. I probably should have waited a few days for each one but instead just transplanted all 3 at once. Middle and left plants had the root ball collapse more than I feel comfortable with. Nothing broke, but they weren't thrilled with it either. As of right now the 3 big ones get a 16oz cup of distilled water about once a week. I wait till it's fully dry. I love not having to mix up chemicals though.
