Welcome to my next grow/experiment! Amnesia haze holds a special spot in my heart ever since I experienced it at the Amsterdam cannabis cup in 2012 - really looking forward to this one. I have plans to top once and hopefully be successful at making a clone to reverse. From there I’d like to maybe make some F1, and S1 seeds as well as breed it with the cultivar sharing the tent: Mephisto’s White Wedding.
Started off germinating on Saturday 2/3 by soaking the seeds in a cup of water for 24 hours before transferring to a wet paper towel.
On Tuesday 2/6 tap roots were present and they were moved to rapid rooter plugs and put into a humidity dome. On 2/11 they had sprouted up 3” and were transferred to the top fed RDWC system. Filled the reservoir following General Hydroponics 10 part chart at light strength and diluted by 50%.
SE7000 is ~30” above at 40% providing ~270ppfd.
Fed GH 10 part week 2 veg at light strength.
Removed the top feeding manifold.
Plant 2 is a little behind; I’m hoping it’ll pick up with a little more root growth.
Everyone is happy and going strong. Using GH 10 part chart as my feed guide at light strength, mixing in descending order as listed above.
Started leaf tucking. Might try topping this week.
Topped at the start of the week. Using GH 10 part feeding chart as a guide at light strength, 6.4 ph. They seem very happy.
Showing it’s sex already - I think I’ll start seeing the flower stretch start in the next week.

This journal hasn’t been abandoned!! I had to travel for work so I haven’t been able to tend to this grow or update this journal as I intended to. I am fortunate enough to have someone interested and capable of taking care of my grow for me and they have been doing quite well at keeping things going. Pics from day 75 since germination start!

Hello! I was absent for most of the grow and unable to properly fill out my journal but my caretaker did a great job following the directions I left.
This is my 5x5 tent containing four 5gal sites in a RDWC loop with SE7000 led light. Fed General Hydroponic 10 part @ light strength. Seeds started 2/3 and chopped 4/12.
Only training was a topping on week 3 and defoliating after the flower stretch.
Not going to lie, I was so hyped to grow this strain that I began growing unimpressed when it seemed the cultivar it shared its space with was outshining them…but I gave the amnesia zkittlez ~2 more weeks and it really turned around. What seemed like just a jungle of loose leaves actually packed on some thick mass and accumulated the most intoxicating aroma of the taste of skittles I didn’t think possible from a plant.
Of the 4 plants - 2 are amnesia zkittlez (on the right side in pic). They yielded 816g!
486g of nice buds
103g of trim
330g LARF / lower buds!
Total RDWC 5x5 grow was 1429g!
It’s only been curing for a couple of weeks but I’m really impressed by the terps and how enjoyable the smoke is! I would definitely recommend and grow again! 👍
