Our tapwater has too many minerals that cause plants to stunt. Using this with my reverse osmosis water ensures my plant is free of contaminants and any undesirable minerals ensuring growth.
The plant loves this light. She can get closer to it than my other strains. Unlike my other grows I did not have to supplement sunlight into the grow. They stayed in the grow tent and faced no damage from moving around.
It's strong and durable. I have the cloud AC unit and it really helps air flow. With the amount of in and outs you can do while dodding on your plants it's worth it.
I had to harvest because nanners were forming. The resin (hormone) production was induced. I had to chop before it dropped in quality. Upon cropping it smelled of gas, citrus, fruit and hints of cat nip. The smell is strong like kush.
The tones of purple were just coming in and would have been more prominent if I could've flushed for a week; unfortunately, the nanners caught me by surprise.
I am going to use Mars Hydro's dwc bucket kit for this run. My first run with my homemade dwc had a few flaws that this system basically corrects. Systems great just be sure to set up your buckets before adding the rocks. I can't select my nute line but it's there behind the lines working to supplement plant health.
