Jet Fuel Gelato aka Jetlato (High Octane X Jet Fuel) free seeds with my order, so this seed did not germinate as fast as the others I started at the same time but it indeed germinated.
Put em in paper towel on Sunday 2/11/24 and it germinated in two days, Tuesday 2/13/24. Tuesdays night I popped it into soil and Thursday 2/15/24 greens broke soil.
Got brand new equipments in and set up for Veg 18/6! Excited for these new strains.
I’m planning on taking clones and using them for seeds, pollen and breeding. Hope that go well and workouts we will see.
Jet Fuel Gelato, don’t like the name Gelato added in there because it’s technically not a Gelato strain, but more it’s parents genetics in the mix coming from Hi-Octane= Sherbet= (GSC x Pink Panties) X Octane= (Nepali OG Kush x Frisco OG). I figured it will be a slow growth seedling because of late germination which isn’t always the case but in this situation seems like it is. I germinated another JFG seed to see if it catches up and it sure did, it’s starting to be ahead of this one. So I’m debating on wether to use this one for feminized seeds and pollen, and keeping the other for buds!
A little on the slow growth but that don’t make her any less worth than the others. These were free seeds so can’t complain. I’m excited to grow this strain and take cuttings from it since I have only 1 seed left, would like to self pollinate it for more seeds.
Will use this JFG for seeds and pollen, soon this one will go into the dry/breeding tent just haven’t gotten the humidifier..AC INFINITY WE NEED YOUR PRODUCTS IN STOCK!!! PLZZZ! Once I move into its tent it will go straight to flower in the solo cup.
Might be using STS and Colloidal Silver alternating between the two I don’t know maybe.
Moved Jet Fuel Gelato to the 2x2x4 breeding/drying tent to flower with a Spider Farmer SF2000PRO LED dimmed to 30% which would be around 60w +/-. Been spraying +/- 30ppm Colloidal Silver a few times a week and spraying STS alternating between the other. But I would spray STS at least 3-5 days apart.
Looking like it’s getting ready to start a little stretching before flowering. Still spraying some STS one or twice a week and Colloidal Silver a few times a week. Soon pre flowers should show up!
Doing well just started to stretch and preflower male signs, have stopped using STS since it already started showing male signs. Will soon start flowering the female Pink Certz I have in a solo cup for breeding with Jet Fuel Gelato!
Looking good so far pistils showing and male sacks aswell, looks like within two weeks it will start releasing some pollen. I will collect some pollen dry it out and save it for the Pink Certz cross as well as any other breeding I might decide to do with extra clones later on!
Looking very good and producing male sacks along with female pistils for self pollination. Some pollen has already been showing up so soon I will collect it to save some and pollinate the other strains in the tent along with this one!
JFG finally releasing plenty pollen that I have collected and saved! Also she has self pollinated herself as planned of course which is good. Threw a few clones of other strains in there to see if I also pollinate them to cross breed with JFG.
Pistils receded and calyx are swollen which means seeds are forming finally, also I’ve collected plenty of pollen to use later on the other plants for breeding.
Did a lot of defoliating and it’s needing a watering daily, Jet Fuel Gelato has given ALOT of pollen and is showing good seed production signs. Pistils are fully receded and calyx are super swollen with seed forming inside, so hopefully there are successful, mature and viable seeds to harvest soon!
Seeds continue to mature in their pods maybe a couple more weeks before I start pinching a seed out to check how they are looking. Have been spraying water everywhere to deactivate any lingering pollen.
Seeds starting to ripen/mature, soon should be harvesting. This reminds me of reg way back lol, now it’s not common to find seeds in bud or smoking a sparkler blunt popping as it burn 🤣🤣
This has been fun and I’m excited for these seeds to produce. Plant was strong and easy to work with thru out the stressful process but it didn’t give up on me! Will update pics when dried and seeds are separated.
@2w2BB, would’ve preferred to have it in a one gallon pot for less stunting and not so much slow growth, but wanted to see how it go in a solo cup. Since it’s only for a batch of seeds and hoping for good amount of pollen. We all should be practicing this as it saves money not having to buy seeds and we can make our own strains which is the best part. Should try it! Good luck 🙏

@Psilocubensis, Hermies don’t produce much pollen nor do self pollination. Hoping to get enough pollen to use and save for next cross, noticed doing it this way increases pollen almost twice as much!
