Regarding to the high: it's both. Moderate amount of cbn with high thc. If you're not familiar with u will go to bed in the first instances. I just started my day with a large joint made from pheno 2 and can feel both effects. It sort of calms me on the one hand and on the other hand i'm inspired thinking of things i can do today. Very nice!
