Starting a new year and a new diary. @stupiddogseeds is the breeder, a master Mephisto crosser. His seeds have performed excellent with every grow.
4 of these are Double Grape x Jammy Dodgers 2.
2 are Creme de la chem x Alien vs Triangle.
I'm using Canna for Coco A and B nutes. I'll use use an added bloom booster in flower to help it out.
Last season the average plant was around 2 oz. Of trimmed bud.
I'm hoping to double that with what i learned on the last grow.
Sometime in the coming week, LST the mains.
Started adding silica boost to mix. Light is 500-600 ppfd. Temps running 78 with 60% humidity.
Will start heavy feeding schedule on these.

This is the start of week 3.
Trying to LST a couple, typical Mephisto strains will grow a few sides as big or bigger than the main. I'm not topping, only bending sideways to get more out of them hopefully.
They took off great this week. Cut back watering, was staying to wet between feedings.
PPFD 450-650 overall with both lights on. The 260w at max, the 120w at 50%.
Using full strength of nutes, no burns yet.
Well on the way now. Pre flowers showing on all of them almost. The two tallest are going to be best producers. The others are runty in size and branch count. They just didn't take off like the other 2.
Upped the Canna and started the Bloom booster product I've used.
Counting down the last 5 weeks now. Hardy plants but just lacking in growth and node spacing. Hopefully they stretch out.
So far, no growth issues other than some larger than others. Plants are vibrant and display no signs of any burns or deficiency.
Just staying the course with the feedings.
Wish they would have gotten larger before flowering but, they are what they are. I'll be lucky to see 20 grams a bush. They just are small and tight nodes. Making it difficult for any light to penetrate any of the top canopy.
Lst and pulling leaves is all I'm doing.
Several adjustments in the tent. Moved out the Jammy Dodgers to give these 6 all the room to stretch it out.
Changed up the feed, 20 ml / gal. max on bloom booster.
Dropped down the Armor Si to 2 ml/gal.
Keeping Canna at 12-14 ml until the last couple weeks. Then drop to under 10 ml and no Armor Si. I'm looking for some stacking, I got plenty of bud sites popping, now let's see these guys turn into the nugs I'm looking for hopefully.
Well its been a trying week. Trying to warm up, trying to not freeze, trying to get less humidity, trying to get some light in the canopy.
Taken outside for some of the natural weather for the girls to stack and bloom.
4 look okay, 1 better than all. 2 look like heat herms, larfy air buds. They look like shit.
So 2 out 4 of the crossed Mephisto looks good.
The 2 creme de la chem look healthy.
I'm not sure if I'm going to keep the 2 that look like herms alive. I'll keep them going a little longer to see if they fill out. They don't, trashed
I got a couple girls that look like hermies. Anyone want to take a look at 9th week pics and you will see a few pics of these larfy thin buds, if you can call them that.
Would you let them keep going or hatchet them?
I don't see anything to indicate that plant is a herm. Thin buds are just thin buds, a herm will have both flowers and pollin sacs. Either way it's poor genetics, it be like that with autos sometimes.
Try this again. I posted all this yesterday and now it's gone.
Out of the 6, 2 chopped from being hermies. 1 chopped due to it was done at 57 days. Lots of cloudy and amber trichs. About 1 oz of bud when dried. The 2 chems are still going and 1 double grape.
Hope i get another week to fatten the buds up. They are back in the tent doing 12 hours.
Well it's been fun with these. They are the last of the first grow for this year. They are all very frosty and cloudy with just a few going amber now. I've put them outside to get the full effect of the night air and cold. They always seem to like that the last few days. Been easy to grow, the effect from the first plant that came out of this is total fire. It's one hit and just melt.
Super strong of the DG x JJ cross.
I'd estimate out of all 3 plants, total useable bud is around 3 oz. Maybe a half of shake and smalls.
Cut and on the drying racks. Some purple on the sugar leaves of the creme strain.
Overall not a awesome yield but this shit knocks you on your ass for a buzz. It's very very very strong couch locking and nodding off into a zone herb. Pain relief is a good 8 out of 10.
It's done wonders on helping me forget the foot.
I'm going to grow this again, 4 of these DGrapexJDodgers2.
If you can get it from the vendor I got it from on strainly, it's the strongest herb I've seen in years. It's very close to concentrate in the melt down after one hit. Unbelievable shit
Well, I cut them and inspected a little further. A few calyx had premie seeds developing. They are very greasy but just stem and calyxes. I'll dry a little out and see if there is any buzz in it. Lots of amber trichs. Thanks for all the help in answers from everyone.
