Entering the second week full of doubts, are they stunted? I transplanted four of them into 8 l airmax pot. Also a little bit of something similar to mold appeared on the seed shells (grey little hairs). Can it be the mycorrhiza? I began adding Royal calk, cause i heard and readed that the autos need it since the begining(this one is susprisingly concentrated) and inoculatethe first time with the microbe photosynthesis plus,3 ml/l the first time and 1,5ml/l the next weeks along with a sugar application once a week in order to feed the microbes and fungi from the floor.

Hello. First, I want to say both of the previous answers are correct. Deficiency can be caused by too much nutrients, and you do have signs of overwatering, however the most common mistake is incorrect ph. For soil, I agree with @ValhallasGarden that 6.5-6.8 is the range you need to dial in. This is most important. Second, @Athos is right about letting the plants suck up existing nutrients from a nice, healthy potting soil. You should not need to add much nutrients in the first 4-5 weeks if you start with good soil. Then, you add small percentages of recommended nutrients and watch how the plants react. I have been guilty of going overboard with the nutes and using incorrect ph multiple times and it always turns out bad. Less is more with nutrients in soil. Good luck, and please pick one of the other guys as your grow answer, not mine. They provided the answer between both of them.

hey mary, good question ! the newest lighting technology is basically what is called "fluence-like" lights, LEDs that can increase yield 30% from HIDs ! all the newest LEDs basically have warm white for veg and cool white for flower, so no more of these purple lights. what's the color of the sun? is it blurple ? anyway I'm getting some of these next gen lights from nalite in china http://www.gznalite.com/grow-light-bar/pl024.html check it out, see also @silverback_guerilla he shows these lights in his latest grow, and it's a very nice grow ! for nutrients i stay bio always, and i'm not using liquid fertilisers anymore, too much pressure and it's hard to control, just mixing some home made powder for veg 12,3,3 and powder for flower 3,10,10 into the soil then plain water with a cal mag +kelp foliar spray and some amino acids during end of veg and mid flower... see @mad_scientist latest grow on GD for the technique... it should be easy ! anyway i got some biotabs aswell and i'm just following their schedule because it's really easy and it works really well with some autopots, but autopots are not necessary... see @biotabsf69 thats the official account you can see how well and how easy it is. That's just my personal experience, hope this helps ! 🚀

Lights: https://www.ebay.de/itm/288-W-Watt-Greenception-GC-9-schaltbar-Grow-LED-Pflanzenlampe-400W-NDL-/322433753113.... this are 288 true atss its enough for 1,5 m2 growspace, very good one with infrared and different lightstages . Soil you find in my diary... or use biobizz/ plagron mixes( in my opinion soil is the basic to gt good results and biobizz nutrients http://www.biobizz.com/de/products/ you can find them in every growship or on ebay/ amazon. and i would keep it simple 1 for roots / 1 for grow 1 for blooming happy growing

@MadameMary, lot of autos are unstable. What I realized was that if I grew in soilless medium, I have better control of them because I can manipulate nutes without worrying too much about ppm
MadameMary
MadameMarycommented6 years ago
@MaryJaneUSA,I dont think that is their fault, autos can be tricky to grow I think

@MadameMary, i just have this mental block adding fungus to the grow room but if you can put live ladybugs in there anything is possible
MadameMary
MadameMarycommented6 years ago
@CRiSPrGrow,I did a little bit of research about the fungifriends, and finally I decided to add more of them to the mix.All the information about the species that I added is so possitive,(ex.glomus intrarradices),they form colonies that retain water and nutrients making them avaliable to the plant, they also keep away other type of non benefitial fungis,(Fusarium,Botrytis)through chemical secretation methods they can also kill thoe dangerous fungi,on my first grow (northern light) I used 3 different types of fungi products (mammoth p,mykos, and photosynthesis plus from microbe) and all I can say is if a newbie could obtain closely to 1 gr per watt, without having any kind of issue with mold or similar having 60% and 70% humidity at the very end of blooming phase, the whole fungi realm cant be our enemy(they also taste nice).
