CYPRESS HILL Presents Em Dog

DrKushlife Dr. Greenthumb's Em-Dog is a result of a "joint" collaboration with B Real of Cypress Hill whose in-house marijuana breeder Kief Sweat created it. The goal was to innovate and develop around the OG Kush line and this one really hit the spot. Dr. Greenthumb's Em-Dog was produced by crossing the original OG Kush (aka the Crippy) with Chem #4. It performs very well indoors and in a greenhouse. Outdoors it really needs the warm climate of the Mediterranean or similar to really deliver. Em-Dog is a 70% indica weed strain with a very high THCproduction potential. Indoor yields are in the region 350 - 525 gr/m2 in a flowering time of 63 - 68 days. These buds can get very heavy so growers may need to help support them to avoid snapping branches. Outdoors (or in a greenhouse) plants can get very tall at up to 4 meters with correspondingly high yields; each plant can produce between 2 - 3 kilos each! Northern hemisphere harvests will be around mid-October. Buds are big and dense from this very-easy-to-grow strain. The scent and taste of Em-Dog include tropical fruit, lemon, exotic woods, pine and diesel. THC production can go off the map; levels of between 20% - 27% have been recorded! CBD is very low at just 0.1%. The effect is very powerful indeed and quite well-balanced with slightly greater emphasis on the physical than the cerebral. It is an incredibly relaxing cannabis strain.

DrKushlife For the longest time I thought the light green leaves was a nutrient deficiency in cannabis plants but from experience I know that it's just how some plants look with no effect to yeild.. so if your plants resemble this and all your growing aspects are tied up don't worry Her growth has started to speed up now.. When you don't have much growth its because your roots are busy establishing themselves once complete then more growth is added happy growing :) Finally... The time frame.... She's 5 inches this is due to my attempts at keeping her as short as I could until transplanting due to late harvest in my other tents I should have timed it right now to let her spread out and get some height before her final transplant

DrKushlife I've stopped using bio grow now and started using my home made nutrient liquid which seems to do better when transplanting than biogrow

Unfortunately my mister broke and left water droplets on my leafs these acted as magnifying glasses and left burn spots.. Not a big deal but its best not to do it too often

DrKushlife 2i think it's definately time to feed this girly food now that the worms have been removed for this I'll use rqs nutrients The growth doesn't seem to have slown down so my timing is not bad UPDATE Both plants are under 300w LED and 250w HPS I am now using RQS nutrient tablets

DrKushlife Now she's in her full size pot and finally I have the space to up her nutrients and let her spread out... It's about time!!!

DrKushlife She is now over a foot tall within 3 months which is about right this is her last week before flowering as I feel 40 to 60cm plants is perfect for my needs Due to a plant growing far bigger than it was meant to be, i had to slow down the growth by toning down her nitrogen intake to postpone transplanting which could have resulted in root lock. 4 weeks was all I needed before the huge plant was done and harvested which you can see from 14 week veg (12 if you don't count the 2 weeks to actually get the plant into veg from seed ) I also had to keep her down between 40cm to 60 cm with extra veg weeks so at 14 inch everything's gone to plan except humidity has been high due to freezing tempritures

DrKushlife I am happy with her height and growth she's finally made it past the 40cm mark and she's still growing.. PERFECT I've mixed Royal Queen Seeds nutrient mix pellits into the soil now she's on a full strength feed

DrKushlife Lol so she still grew to almost 2ft tall which is my max so my method worked woop woop so just to make sure that's it done for growing I've removed a couple of fan leafs this plant should be one bud straight up the middle
