Your buds haven't rotted, your plant has died. Most likely from drowning. Roots need to breathe and if there are no drainage holes in the tub it will get too saturated, and the plants will drown and the roots will rot. Budrot will make your buds soggy and mushy and you'll see mold on it.

Bud rot is not caused by the roots. Bud rot is typically because of too much moisture and not enough airflow. It can already very easy so be careful. Turn any fans off, start removing all effected branches. Even though you may only see it on a few buds, trim all the ones around that area too. The spores are microscopic and chances are they have spread to surrounding areas that you cannot see yet till it is fully colonized. Turn up your airflow, try to get humidity down if you can. Bathtub for a flower bed… unless you somehow have holes in the bottom for drainage, not the best choice. Hope this helps.

This is bud rot pal. Too high rh, stale air.. Your whole crop looks decimated. Fans and air circulation is key I've no idea what can be saved..but get to it.

You are thinking too much about it. Whatever your levels are now doesn’t matter at this point because you have it. Best thing to do is cut it all out and then lower humidity and increase airflow.
