Ice Cream with 1st attempt of SoG

After a start a little troubled it seems that things are getting on pretty well now.. Apparently I planted the seeds too shallow and they didn't have enough strength to break the shell. Once I realized one of them was completely stuck and wouldn't break the shell I decided to gently force it to open using my nails. After a while it released from the plant! A couple of days later noticed it was turning like a black dot and wouldn't grow any leaves.. Searching on internet I found that there is also a 'skin' that I had to remove.. This one was a bit tough and I had to apply a bit more force to it, but once it was completely off the the first two leaves, although completely yellow, were separated and the day after I saw some green growing! Now that we're back on track I'll make sure to update the dairy more regularly!
