Seeds where presoaked1* for a few hours till submergence occurred in shot glasses and put in a Bio tabs also presoaked2* plug and then placed in a 0.5 liters pot filled with Biobizz Light Mix @ 1.2EC and 6.2pH soil.
presoaked1*: Base water RODI 20 ml + Biobizz cal mag at 0.03 EC
presoaked2*: Base water RODI 0.5 liters + Biobizz Cal Mag @ 1ml/lt + 1 gram powder of Bio tabs Bactrex & Mycotrex + Biobizz Root Juice @ 1ml/lt +.
pH measured @ 6.5 and EC was about 0.350
in my opinion, these are way to much products, using agood MJ mix , brings you to the point, where you dont have to feed anythng for at least 4 weeks
i think you get the same or even better /( cheaper) results without everything listed here.
@Biotabs, Wow, ain't this a surprise from Biotabs :) let me start then:)
This is just a test run to see some of my limits per grow space, setup, time of year and some other factors regarding this particular run so I m not factoring resulting yield in my expectations but I would love to see more than I expect. I can see what you mean per all those listed nutrients but their application was only for a single fertigation and only for the strain which is in Biobizz all mix sub (OG Kush Auto) as I state in the comments section.
The Biotabs driven strain (Amnesia Haze) got nothing more than Orgatrex only once and probably too soon resulting in some N overabundance which I didn't anticipate since it released N way too fast:)) and efficiently and then only cal mag and bennies in every second irrigation. Its going strong albeit the excess N which it can handle this far as far as I can see.:)
So I just use bennies and cal mag with every other irrigation and nothing more. That s my initial plan unless P, K needs arise which I don't think it will since Orgatrex will cover me for the rest of the run propably. And again, my planning calls for extra nutrients only for the All mix driven strain OG Kush Auto and only if needed. The same goes for the OG IF it needs some P,K.
Thanks for the reach, i feel privileged to get a comment from my beloved Biotabs and its reps! That says a lot about the company and its relation with the "fan base":)
P.S. Saving money is an issue, but during testing I "have to break eggs to make an omelet" right;)
We shall see what ll happen for both of them. I am cautiously optimistic about the outcome.
Since my grow Hut is in the middle of a field teaming with plants and insects, no sealed doors, no environment control and full sun 10 hours a day. It's hot this time of year!!! I use just the basics but it works;) My last run got me close to 170 g per plant from 15 ltrs pot with generic soil, biobizz nutrients and such.
less is ore in growing, using light feeding and water in a good dosage. iam following you to see how it turns out.
and if iam wrong - perfect . greetings and enjoy growing
@Biotabs,Yes indeed. My paper notebook gets jolted every day with findings per the evolution and development of the two strains and my practices/regimen for this run, setup and location. Lessons learned and cemented in my brains. And a clarification, due to a very hectic schedule (too many trees and plants to take care in my gardens, working hours) I am behind in transferring all my pen notes since week 4 thus the grow conditions section and some weeks progression will give you a "distorted" view of this run since I don't publish full updates and info:(
