We started this grow from cut-off's from a beautiful motherplant grown from Dutch passsion seeds. The power plant in general is a really easy plant to make clones of and every single one grew out to a really nice little lady 😁

Week 2 shown us a significant grow from 6 to 18 cm's in just a few day. All the leafs are a really beautiful green hue and just look amazing and the most beautiful thing in this whole world is NO BLOODY SPIDER MITES !!! for the growers that followed our previous grow knew the struggle we had but $180 Predator mites finally did the trick and we have it under control 😈

This is a really easy strain to grow and maintain with a very big yield in the end. very susceptible to the nutrients that we gave and overall one of the best strains for us easy to grow easy to maintain during the grow and a very big yield with solid buds after trying this awesome strain i must say that it's good for day and night time it gives a nice relaxing buzz but uplifting at the same time i went for a walk with a spliff and really enjoyed beeing outdoor big plus for me

What you say is absolutely true it's very easy to manage these diaries most of the time i have a few lines every week about the progress but no significant story's to tell about the plants unless there is some trouble like we had in our last diary there where spider mites that is interesting to talk about cause that can happen to all of us and indeed the second very lucky advantage all done at the same time and the same nutrients schedule and the third thing also true i can also see this happening the lover buds don't get any light we did some defoliation but didn't gave us a significant change in light to the lower flowers and also for us time is a factor sometimes we got loads of time to do stuff and sometimes we are very low on time and then the SoG is perfect only a little water every day and done But, i think we need to try this style of growing as well it's a little more time consuming but in the end it gives a good feeling when it succeeds and we get a good yield that is the reward for the effort that is put in emptiness is sadness that is very nicely spoken and a big thanks for the great compliment we highly appreciate it and yes we love the fluence best wishes and have a great weekend Nibameca

Gorgeous garden! Maybe overplanted a little, but your backache will be rewarded in a little more time!😉 Although..I'm not sure it's more work filling a 4 x 4 with 25 plants than it is to train and scrog two plants...definitely more expensive for the 25 seeds, but time-wise, and effort...probably a draw. I'm still trying to find that magic number, but it's difficult because I keep growing different strains with different tendencies...10 or 12 in 3 gallon pots in a 4 x 4 is probably my upper limit.

@NiBaMeCa420, The biggest advantage you have with your method is the fact that your diary is easy to manage! With only one strain, you don't have to take the plants out of the tent for individual photos all the time. The other big advantage to the sea of green is your plants all finish about the same time and have mostly the same diet requirements. The only big disadvantage, aside from the additional cost of seeds, is when you overplant the garden too much, your lower buds don't see enough light. So your yield is mainly just the cola weight. It becomes a survival of the quickest situation..the plants that have the earlier growth spurt end up shading the smaller ones. With a little "elbow room" (and/or side-lighting/floor-lighting) you can increase the yield of each plant considerably...and need less plants to achieve the same total yield. I don't have the time or patience to train them, but I find I can cause good lateral branching by FIMing them and maximizing the 450nm spectrum for the first 2-3 weeks. This lets me fill the tent with only 10 plants, and averaging 3 main colas per plant. Sadly, my current crop only has 9 plants..but they may yet fill the tent completely!🙏 I consider it a "sin" to light empty areas of my garden..emptiness is sadness.😁 That crop of Power Plant is truly beautiful though..I'm sure it's gonna be very heavy! So I guess you're still loving your new Fluence light, huh? 😎

@Silverback_Guerilla, we hope our backache was worth it in the end 😁 thanks for the reply we also where thinking the same thing but every single time we choose the sea of green above a screen of green i think that we can achieve the same result with less plants im going to discuss this with my buddy and i think we need to try this thanks a lot cheers, Nibameca

If say at least 2 to 3 weeks before harvest! Looks like those buds can still swell a lot!

BigNate89commented6 years ago
Those trichomes are still very much translucent though! Best of luck to the grower ✌️

Do you use drippers/blumat sensors for watering these 25 plants in coco ? That's a lot of work.
NiBaMeCa420
NiBaMeCa420commented6 years ago
@goarilla, normally we use the Wilma System by Atami but that was full so these plants are all watered by hand with a pump and a hoze lot of work but it's very rewarding in the end
