Stretch has ceased now totally. There are plenty of bud sites and the very tops are beginning to show frost. These girls should fill in very nicely over the next 3 weeks. No very noticeable scent yet...green pot/leaves but I'm sure in the next week or so they will start showing and smelling like their lineage.
The fan is a bit too strong for the tent and is damaging pistals... Im not too concerned because NOT having the fan would be total waste of growth.
Honestly feeling like I need a larger tent or room now.
@Hellhazard, Took your advice and went with Oni ..just ordered a pack of their Poon Tang Pie and if that goes well im loving the sound of their tropicanna cookies F2 so will make that my first ever grow of regulars. π
Im saving for some Oni beans atm , some great sounding strains ...their tropicanna and papaya crosses sound so good!
Cant decide between Oni or In house genetics ...both have great looking strains n i can only afford 1
Looking forward to seeing how you rate this strain
@BlockheadBuds, such good timing reading your post as my order of Oni beans just arrived today! Managed to grab the last packet of Poontang Pie (Tropicanna x Grape Pie x Papaya)
Feel evan better now after reading your recommendation an hour after they came! π
Veg longer and throw a trellis!! You know you want to! Haha. Get them beastly! Update on Friday with day 7 of flower for my kush cakes they are humongous now lol. Keep doing your thing bro they look great, canβt wait to see what you get! ππ
@Hellhazard, haha. Yeah I have seen they look challenging to take out when needed but I think if you can just use the fabric pot as the last pot, then their quite beneficial. Iβve been contemplating using them myself for next time, the fabric pot for keeping the roots well air pruned + using coco the roots will be beastly! I think I saw a YouTube vid with Kevin jodrey, bigging up the fabric pot and also explaining the trick upon transplanting them too. You should check it out, if I remember properly it was quite a good video!
@HouseOfGas, Did the transplant last night....Never using the smaller fabric pots again if there is a transplant bigger needed. The roots stick into the fabric at the bottom and its a biotch to get the rootball out without damage.
@Hellhazard, Iβve run the papaya og and now doing the trop cookies. Your pics look like the nugs are getting chunky from the papaya. I had big ol fat colas stacking from that one. The trop cookies Iβve got running are was smaller nugs. But the calyxs look like the trop cookies. Purple tips. I think that this strain youβre running will turn out to be a winner for sure. ππΌ
@Hellhazard, I like the look of their blackleaf also, that looks fire. I saw some pics of the cross u have on their IG story this morning and it looks ridiculous!! π₯
