Week 3 Update:
Plant Growth:
Progress has been slower than anticipated due to persistent cloudy and rainy weather.
Despite the setbacks, I've noticed some signs of growth in the plants, albeit at a slower pace.
Implemented Low Stress Training (LST) on a few of the stronger plants, including the Gorilla Glue and Gelato varieties, to encourage more robust growth.
Weather Conditions:
The weather continues to be a challenge, with only a few sunny days throughout the week.
Rainfall has been frequent, making it difficult to provide the optimal growing conditions for the plants.
Adaptations and Solutions:
To counteract the lack of sunlight, I've constructed a mini tent equipped with LED lights to provide supplemental light and warmth to the plants.
Despite the less than ideal conditions, the plants seem to be responding positively to the additional light and warmth.
Nutrient Management:
Feeding schedule adjusted to once every 2-3 days, alternating between water and nutrient-rich solutions.
Using a combination of guano, worm tea, and a basic Grow NPK Autogrow mix to provide essential nutrients to the plants.
Observations:
Although growth has been slower than expected, I'm encouraged by the resilience of the plants and their ability to adapt to challenging conditions.
Keeping a close eye on the plants for any signs of stress or nutrient deficiencies and adjusting care accordingly.
Looking Ahead:
Hoping for a change in the weather in the coming weeks to provide better growing conditions for the plants.
Despite the challenges, remaining optimistic and committed to nurturing the plants to their fullest potential.
that was a bad joke. i meant from the view you have it looks like youre on holidays and planted a seed or 2 hoping to get a crop finshed before going b ack home. lol
@popcornsutton, haha all in good banter fun , it made me chuckle as well no problem :) (Hey at least ill get THC 😂).I live here for like 15 years now :D and if not ill get a baggie its so cheap that's why I haven't grew nothing all these years
Tu t'est un peu précipité pour ta récolte partiel 😅 deux semaines de plus aurait était nécessaire.. Mais j'ai fais pareil plusieurs fois, la patience viens avec l'expérience 👍😌
@JamesBarre, hello friend , probably more time would've helped , but Im starting a BIG batch of seeds for the summer and I need the space (i only have that top of the aircon (its sitting on ) , my craving got the best of me but I like what I got ( better than out there to buy) . Im happy with my test grow . Now I got the hang of it .I was expecting to get nothing so "mission passed " for me :) the high is amazing though. Have a great week and thank you for the ongoing support
Plants are looking good man
I wouldn't worry about rain too much now. It's still vegative phase so they like a bit more humidity.
22 degrees during day is also fine and will not stunt your plant in growth 🙂
12 degrees at night is cold, once its around 15/16 its better.
Keep her in at night I would say.
Autos act very differently. Some will grow huge, other end up small. She wont go into flowering before she grows her 5th node too so she can still stretch out a bit.
They are very sensitive too overfeeding too or at least the Jack Herer Automatic that I grew
Happy growing friend 🙏
@Clutch, much appreciated all the thoughtful advices. Im taking care of all the mentioned factors and im glad they look good to an experts eye . Have a great week Clutch
