I'm making this hash because I'm gonna go to Spannabis and I want to have something to hopefully amaze my other grow buddy's here on GD😁🎩 I hope this will do the trick.
An I thought while I'm at it let's make a little tutorial out of it😃👍. So here it is.

Tutorial making Bubble Hash,
Needed:
-Two (Dutch) buckets
- Bubble Hash bags 220/160/74/25 + little piece mesh 25
- 8 to 10 kilo ice cubes
- Water spray
- a spoon that's not sharp, wooden for example
- teaspoon and some alcohol is handy to dip it in
- Plant material like buds or leftovers trimmings
- Half bucket of water + -
- Kitchen towel
- Baking paper ( without holes)
Start with putting a little layer of ice on the bottom of one bucket 1 ice cube thick. Then you put the bags in the bucket starting with the lowest number 25 and end with 220.
Now you put a good amount of ice in the bag (220) then some plant material and then some ice again and so forth until the bag is completely filled with plant material and ice.
Then you start pouring water in until the bucket is almost full and the ice cubes are all floating. Steer good and I use this technique where I steer pretty hard and fast and then let everything settle for a minute so it can sack to the bottom and in the bags. You do this for about 20 to 40 minutes and then let is settle for a couple minutes before you take out the bags.
Now when you take out the bags, all the plant material and ice is in the 220 bag. I use a tray or another bucket to put it in so it doesn't leak when I'm emptying the other bags.
When emptying the other bags, I take it out of the bucket and place it in the empty bucket stretching it. In that way I can place my spoon in the middle and start spraying everything towards the middle. Now I can easily scoop it up and put it on the little mesh net with some kitchen towel under it.
This washing process is repeated mostly 3 to 4 times. Then you start to see youre hash yield is getting more green and its time to stop.
Now you take you collectings and put it in the baking paper,(you can seperate the 3 different bag collectings or put them together),and start pressing.
Be careful not to press to hard especially in the first pressings because there is still a lot of moisture coming out and will break the paper and fuse it with you're hash. If this happens no worry..
Take the teaspoon, clean it good and dip it in alcohol. This way it will not stick to the hash and you can scrape the paper off.
Keep pressing and folding until no more visible moisture is coming out, using the alcohol dipped spoon to help you folding. Avoid using you're fingers.
Only thing left now is waiting until it is dry enough to smoke. Do not put you're fresh hash in a closed jar or anything because there is a big chance of mold. You can start putting you're hash in a closed jar after a couple weeks. But mine mostly finished by then haha😋.
You will see the hash will turn to brown/black after a week + - .

Great tutorial mate! I started out using the Bubbleator washing machine. But now I found that just stirring by hand, like you did, gives me the greatest yield. Love the tip to dip your spoon in alcohol to prevent it from sticking 🙌
@Zengrower, Thank you mate👊, I've never used the bubbleator machine. But I hope I can save you some struggle doing by hand😉 the alcohol was such a aha moment hahah
I will return (per general McArthur). I'm trying to learn. On a discord group where they make hash 2 ways, dry trim and wet trim. then after the hash they press to make rosin. Supposed to be the pirest flavor and effect.
@Natrona, I've tried both ways as well. With dried material and wet. I found more taste in the dried, but potency is way better using wet. But I'm just hobbyist so I'm curious mate. Never tried rosin

Great tutorial! I've used dry ice only and have made some great hashish, see my other diary , you have it down to a science. I've learned that hashish stores longer and gets better with age than flower. You can't really beat well made hashish enjoy:)

I will definitely check it out, I just can not get dry ice very easily so it's a bit out of my league hehe.. sounds like you got it down to a science as wel! Nothing beats a good hash spliff chilling with some friends, or making smoke signals with your car door hahah😜 hope you have a great day mate 👊
