First ever run

BACKGROUND Just a bloke who loves a burn; smoked since about 16, vaped for not long enough, edibles/caps when I can be arsed. Plentiful supply here in the cosmopolitan North, but gotten tired of meeting the ever-friendly yet shady (equal amounts) 'Billy'; I'd say there's been about a dozen 'Billy' incarnations over the years, not really an issue but seem to shit myself harder every time. Always had the self-sustainability itch so finally gone for it. Years of presumably non-organics got me nervous so want to do this as clean/natural as possible. Bought some seeds about a year ago and farted about since then until... TENT I'm busy (lazy) so wanted automation, saved for time and got me an ACI 2x2tall kit: - Controller 69 (nice) Pro - 100W LED - 4 x 10W LED side lights - Magnetised to tent poles, mainly looking at autos so keeping training minimal, heard good things about under-canopy - 4" inline exhaust + carbon filter - 6" circulation - ACI humidifier out of stock until April (bastard) so got a cheap 'smart' one off Amazon - 55W tube heater with thermostat. This guy got PRESENCE, looks good and feels well made. Delusions of this looking low-key immediately gone. MEDIUM Lazy ("busy") so automation, went for a 20L fabric autopot. Didn't homework hard enough and found out how effortful these things are until the roots are established but it's bought now so whatever! Gone for Biobizz 70/30 coco perlite, diluted down to 50/50 like autopot recommend. Gone for biotabs starter kit and bio PK for laters as these look to suit an hectic/idle lifestyle. STRAIN Northern Lights = right of passage. Gotcha. Also seems the most dickhead-proof. GERMINATE! Took an old takeaway tub (channa shahi mango :) , run out of kitchen paper so chucked some bog roll in there, couple of squirts of water, dropped two seeds on top and shut the lid. Put this close to the heater, holding about 20*C. Respritz every few hours, damp but not wet. Feeling paternal as fuck right now. TINY POSSIBLE RUINATION NOTE It's Sunday so already fried ;) Might have accidentally dropped the seeds on the bathroom (?) floor when opening; black/white floral tiles, about fifteen minutes face-to-floor action, cat litter crumb sifting and we're back less a seed (RIP). I've heard seeds are super sensitive to germs and being handled so we're off to a flyer there. Originally was only going to use one seed but again, dickhead. Putting faith in the old 'mother nature is harder/smarter than a baked tit' adage. I have a good feeling about this.
