Hi everyone! The plants were planted at different periods, so they may differ in structure during the grow-report. Initially I soak the seeds for 24 hours in a glass of water, after they sink I put them in a paper towel and wait for the first roots to appear. After that I put the seeds in rockwool, and I used two different methods. 3 seeds sprouted in large 8 inch cubes. 3 seeds sprouted in the small rockwool cubes. My conclusion is that sprout development is faster in the small cubes than in the large 8 inch cube.

2 weeks into the growing season. Things are going well, starting to apply LST to some plants. I have also started to remove little by little those leaves that interfere with light penetration. Bruce Banner unfortunately turned out to be retarded in development, but I won't remove him, in my experience, retarded people often turn out to be very strong ^_^

This week I've only been doing LST and minimal defoliation. Next week I'll be doing Bruce Banner topping, since it's a backlog, I'll be doing some experiments on it. I also used on one bush the training method - super cropping (video).

This week I defoliated all the flowers, did Bruce Banner's topping, increased the light to 75%, and continue to do LST. I think to give 2 more weeks of vegetation, defoliation once a week. Next I'll transfer to 12/12 and we'll see 🙃

During this week, I have only occasionally defoliated to get better light on the inflorescences. I don't know when to put it into flower yet, as the smallest bush (Fruit Diesel) is looking quite pitiful, having just turned a month old. Other bushes are a couple weeks ahead of Fruit Diesel. What do you think, should I give it another week of vegetation or should I switch it to flowering at the end of the week?

Guys, I haven't done anything this week 🤦🏻‍♂️ but i made a lot of content I had a lot of other things to do, so I didn't touch the girls and gave them complete freedom - they turned out to be whores and got very loose 😂 This weekend I'm taking the girls to the salon, we'll do a new haircut and then I'll give them 12 hours of rest 💚☘️🥦💕❤️😍

So, I've switched to blooming after all. So far so good, except for the fact that I broke my lab PH meter, which is quite expensive. There is also a lot of humidity. In between when the AC is not running, the humidity goes up to 80%, which is no joke at all. I will either buy a dehumidifier or turn on the air conditioner for 24 hours. I don't know what to choose yet, the dehumidifier consumes a lot of electricity, maybe I should just leave the AC on for 24 hours. Yeah, growing in hot countries is not a good idea ^_^.

I'm really contemplating dropping Bruce & Diesel. They're developing very badly. We'll see how they continue to develop, another week and it will be clearer.

So, I threw out Fruit Diesel and Bruce Banner because of insufficient development. I still made a mistake, it is better to plant 4 plants under such a lamp, but not 6. I installed a dehumidifier, the humidity reaches 60% - no more. All the same, in a hot climate air conditioning to reduce humidity is not possible.

They're certainly more comfortable in a foursome. I trimmed the bottoms. The girls began to develop faster. I also added one more drip irrigation pipe to each bush.

The buds are getting thicker. But, so far, they do not impress me. Maybe it's genetics, I have a lot of experience with autoflowers, this is my first experience with photoperiod plants.

So, 4 plants. judging by the leaves, there is either a nutrient deficiency or lack of nutrients. This week, I will be defoliation, I think the final one, and onward to the harvest! I will listen to all advice, with pleasure 💚

So, I ran out of Bloom from Athena 🤦🏻‍♂️, it's a pity I didn't throw out those two jerk bushes earlier, so it would have been enough fertilizer until the end of the cycle. I had to switch to Grow 😂 It has 2% nitrogen, I hope it won't affect the bushes too much. Soon I'll cut one, the oldest one, I'll do a little rinsing and put it under the knife. I think the others need a couple more weeks to stand.

Super variety, I liked it very much. It seemed stronger than Gagarin. Gave a lot of good dense cones.

Classic Jack. Pleasant notes of citrus, inflorescences are not super dense. The harvest did not please me much.

I would change it to flowering. Everyone shouldn't wait for one🤝 Y-griega can double in size. Keep this in mind

@Naamah, Thanks for the advice bro, I'll be translating to flowering 💚 But first I'll defoliate before transferring to blooming.
Virke
Virkecommentedweek 710 months ago
You have to low down humidity to 50% at least because it could cause bud rot with time and thats something you dont want to see ever. Everythings looking good, healthy and beautiful plants. Last bigger defoliation make in 3rd week of flowering to make space for airflow under between branches which is very important in blooming. Take care man and good luck. If you need any advice be free to message me. Regards bro🍀👍🏻😶‍🌫️

@Virke, he's in veg so won't be any bud rot buddy. It's actually kinda low for veg temps as well . During veg with leds, co2 I'm shooting for a lst temp around 82°F which means having to move lights closer or ambient temp to around ~85° , following vpd chart that would mean I'd need RH at 70% ... *** tip to prevent PM when running higher temps/RH% minimize your day/night temperature swings fluctuate no more than 3-5°F and you'll be golden. Maintain this until about week 4 of flower then you can start dropping temps and in relationship to VPD your RH%

It's all up to you on when to switch to flower. 😁 I usually make the decision when I plan the grow based on available time frame, strain, and desired yield.

Large cubes would root just as fast just need to change watering quantities/intervals takes longer to dry back than smaller. Try watering seedlings in Large blocks starting with ebb n flo just ensure your water is being wicked high enough to touch continue until ready to flip then drain to waste. Or if you have the ability to control how much plant Is receiving thru your floraflex try crop steering, if you don't have something like a trolmaster aqua, a digital timer with atleast 8x/24hr and can be controlled down to seconds and some basic math you'll see explosives growth all around like uve never seen before, cutting days to weeks off complete cycle!

Very clean setup, tent size 8x8 or 10x10? How often do you have to drain the totes they are in? Use a shop vac?
KushKings561
KushKings561commentedweek 74 months ago
Leaving the AC on will Atleast remove some of the water in the air, however the cooler the air the harder it is to dehumidify. Is that black tote your reservoir? If so moving it outside your tent will help keeping water temps cooler and help a bit with your humidity as it's contributing to it as well. We all know black absorbs light and heats up quite easily, warm water + an aerator = added RH% . Your only in first week of flower raise ambient temps to target VPD.
