So I ordered some clones from a store and that was a mistake, I got the clones all mangled up, light burned and already outgrowing it plugs.
But I didn't have an option to not grow them so they have been recovering for 3 weeks now.
They recovered pretty quickly but took som time to grow roots out of the pot.
