this is my 4th attempt, 1 previous outdoors in this same container (an old pig feeding trough i found in the woods) and twice indoors, these seeds were sown on the 29th of November of 2023, as i make this diary it is currently day 139 so week 20 of veg, i feel like they are going to start throwing up buds any day now so i will update this diary when anything new happens, you can see many small plants that i attempted to relocate wilting and on the verge of death, these plants do not like to be disturbed once germinated, but i am optimistic as these were the last of the remaining seed pack i purchased from white buffalo trading co, i doubt i will get to see the full diversity promised from this pack but i will press on with what i have and share it here. https://www.white-buffalo-trading.com/store/p147/%22ALL_IN_25%22_Monthly_Special_Poppy_Seed_Mix%2C__Papaver_somniferum.html#/
@Lemonhazelover, i have to admit that beyond the available literature, what i know about cultivating this plant is being taught to me directly by the plant itself in real-time so it's all "wait and see", keep the weeds out of the bed, keep an eye out for pests (currently they are being assaulted by fire ants) and feed them until they tell me they've had enough..but yeah they are looking pretty healthy to me as well, for now, thanks for checking out this grow!
