I’m looking to this one,dropped the the seed in a capped bottle yesterday and placed it on a little heater mat and 16h later the taproot already broke through the seed shell,I’ve never had seed popping this quick and never would’ve expected them to go so quickly because they were the tiniest seeds if ever had
Planted them today 24/3 in a 0.5l container and I’m going to try and make some bonsai mommas of these girls so I can grow it a few times
I also upgraded the grow basement with a veg tent (my old,very first tent)she will run at about 225w cmh with a 4K bulb
26/3 girls are already up,they still have their seed cap still on but I will give it a extra day before I start peeling them off
27/3 they shed their caps on their own so nothing left to do but keeping the coco moist

31/3 first day of veg for these northern lights girls,they are in the veg tent at 24h of light for the start
Looking forward to grow these genetics because it’s a little bit of nostalgia for me because northern lights together with white widow where the strains I started my blowing journey with about 23 years ago
3/4 girls are growing strong got fed 1 time now at ec 1.6( tab is .6) ph 5.5
5/4 first 5 tipt leafs are showing so I topped these girls,I know a lot of people are going to say it’s way to early but my aim is to keep them as low and bushy as possible and it worked pretty well on the Girl Scout cookies so I thought I give it a go on these girls as well

7/4 start of week 2,girls got moved to the 60x60 blurple led veg tent
Girls are still looking happy after that early topping,they won’t be topped again until I can make 2 nice sized clones of them

14/4 d15 start of week 3 for these girls
Noticed the same orange spots,these are also planted in cheap brik coco with out buffering it 🤷♂️🤦♂️ fed them some extra calmag to counter the effects of not buffering the coco
17/4 d18 girls are transplanted on d16 to their new pots,hopefully this will counteract the problems formed by the cheap coco
The damage on the leaves is permanent and the new growth looks happy so hopefully I can take a few clones of these girls in a few weeks

21/4 d22 week 4 starts with some nice green new growth,they seem to really like there new pots with some buffered coco,it seems like it’s working well for these girls
Hopefully I can make clones of them in a week or 2 so I can flower them

Zo 28/4 girls are off into week 5,I hope I can make clones out of these ladies by the end of the week
29/4 girls got switched to the cmh tent to continue their veg
@Philhsy, yeah really looking forward to taste this strain,it’s a bit of nostalgia for me,back in the early 2000 this was one of the more common strains they sold on the black market over here 😅💪🏻✌️
