DWC, 5 gal pot, 3 gal solution. Plants are drinking (@ 3/4 gal/ day) but not eating. Consuming nutrients from leaf storage. Major ph drops prior to this. Other in same environment are doing the same. EC has been .6 to .7. Currently it just increases and ph drops to 4.4- 5. Ideas?

In your photo the plant looks fine, you're not getting the yellowing to lower leaves to suggest mobile nutrients are lacking. You also aren't experiencing any leaf anomalies at the top of your plant to suggest a lockout. I think you're fine. Your EC is rising and pH lowering because the concentration rises as water is consumed and most everything else is left behind. This is pretty common while in late flower in DWC. You can lower nutrient concentration to save/extend your fertilizers but mainly keep up on replacing the water you're losing to keep your pH in range.

lockout may be causing it to not be able to uptake the required nutes

Nutrient solution is 3 gal. Plants are drinking .75 gal/ day. At that rate, the solution is cycled every 4 days or so. Yes, reset res swap is done every 7 days. RH is 50%. Temp min max are 74: 77. Solution temp is 66. 35W air pump w/ 9" air stone in each of 4 buckets. I have 4 cultivars in one tent. This issue is happening with three of the four. Hydoguard through entire run.

Full res change last night. 3 gal, EC .66, ph 6.4. Today 12PM ph 6.4, EC .68. 9PM ph 6.2, EC .71. Ph stabilized (hasn't dropped out), but EC is still rising and we're at 356ppm 1 EC. Saw some root tip dying and thought this might have been a potas or phos toxicity. If this caused the drastic ph drops and subsequent nutrient lockout. At this stage (couple weeks left); Should I bother flushing or just res change often and limp along until chop?
