Its the begining stages of nutrient burn man i would slow up on the amount given not the strength but the amount instead of watering them every time with it , do it ever 2nd or 3rd time . This will slow down the effects that are already underway . In between feeding with nutrients water the plant with PH corrected water and you will be good to go . All in all its pretty nice little garden here and i wouldn't worry to to much about the slight nutrient burn thats happend . -Happy Growing!
