First ever grow

A mate of mine had popped some bag seeds of alien og, just had them in tuna tins in soil on his windowsill a few days old. He was about to throw them away and I said I'd take them. I'd never grown before in my life or had any idea how to do it. Not even smoked weed in years but thought I'd give it an experiment anyway

Was noticing them growing, spending alot of time learning about growing and enjoying it. Got 1 30w cfl bulb in a lamp! Better than nothing :)

Still no kit whatsoever, 1 cfl lamp thats it. Cleared a cupboard to use as a grow space and still learning all i can

Moved into cupboard and sourced a bigger cfl and small led light from a mate for the time being

Got as many cfls as I can find on them!

Got a better led light to borrow from a friend, saving money for a used 1.2 tent

Finally got a tent!!!!

Found a used 600w hps kit on eBay local, 15 quid! And got my tent, an old 1.2m one 40 quid

Now loads of googling how to harvest and dry! And see what we got. Got quite attached to them, felt horrible killing my babies!

Well there was my produce, think there was about 5 oz in the end., which even after buying my shit 2nd hand kit still made me 700 pounds profit, and gave me a new hobby! Start to finish I lived dojng this, i wasplanning all sorts for my future grows! But to say this grow wasn't planned, some seedlings dumped on me and thought I'd grow them out of curiosity, no kit or knowledge whatsoever about growing, it was a great experience and a learning curve and it goes to show that you shouldn't be afraid to just try! Getting money together for kits hard but it can be done as you go along with any old junk you can borrow or try until you can afford the bits you want. My first and favourite grow ive done!
