Germination

Olly06 After having stored the seeds in the fridge for definitely five, if not six years, I would assume a success rate close to 0%. I watered the seeds in hand-warm water as long as I assembled the Root Pods and filled them with soil, and then directly placed them into the Plagron light mix. Watered and planted on Sunday, and by Wednesday, all three had germinated. That's something that speaks for RQS.

Olly06 I think they are developing well and without any issues. Temperature fluctuates between 20° at night and 25 degrees during the day, humidity between 30 and 40%. No fertilizer and no pH value consideration.

Olly06 By the end of the second week of growth, they've reached almost 10 cm and are growing extremely compact. The White Widow shows a slight yellowing at the edges of the upper leaves.

Olly06 After multiple recommendations from one person, thanks @Stone ;-) I decided to go ahead and put in a bit more "stress." For this, I got the Plagron fertilizer set Top Grow and the Plagron pH minus. I think I started fertilizing around the middle of the 3rd week of growth. Now, what started as fun has turned serious *laughs*

Olly06 They are growing and thriving. The critical looks a bit "not so nice." I need to keep an eye on it. I will raise the pH from 5.7 to 6. We will see.

Olly06 At the beginning of the first week of the flowering phase, I made a terrible mistake right away. I forgot to water on the second day. I then flooded them and cut out everything that was dried out. I think they have recovered quite well. Only the WW is worrying me. Does anyone have an idea what could be going on? I raised the pH from 5.6 to 6/6.1.

Olly06 Well, it's slowly becoming clear that only one lady is going to turn out somewhat decent. I'm personally attributing this to the very old seeds (5 years).

Olly06 Since I broke my ankle two and a half weeks ago, the reports have been pretty sparse. Right now, I'm just trying to limit the damage since only one of the three plants is flowering and we've already switched to flowering for almost 28 days.

Olly06 I have to honestly admit that due to my current limitations from an ankle fracture and ligament tear, the ladies haven't been getting the necessary attention for the past 3 weeks, which is of course also visibly showing...

ph in soil should be kept between 6.0-6.5 so 5.6 was a bit too low and that's probably what's causing the issues. But I see you've corrected that already 👍 Hoping that they'll recover or at least it won't get worse 🙏

@Jacks_Pot, hope that will solve my problem. I increased the page up to at least 6/6.1. We will see within the next few days
