All 4 seeds germinated and showed up within 2 days. The first week they were placed in my tiny indoor greenhouse under 18h and 90w of light inside my vegetation tent. Today I transplanted them into 2 (or 3)l airpots straight into living soil out of my approx. 400l bed. They will stay in tent for about 2 to 3 weeks. After that they will be planted into my growroom.

After reamending the soil with homemade wormcastings, some good regional compost and various organic, mostly regional amendments i decided to move the girls into my growroom. I reinstalled the blumat system after cleaning. Proper adjustment will need a few days... They now line up under a sanlight 3-100, dimmed to 40%. Second sanlight stays off for about one more week until potting into the bed. At the End of the second veg week I will brew a light compost tea for a good start after repotting. Have a nice week@

Finally transplanted into living soil bed. Roots are looking great. 2. Sanlight connected, both are running dimmed to 40%. Because of low outside temp I have to heat up the room a little bit causing a humidity drop to around and sometimes below 50%. We'll see if that will become an issue... Next time I need a decent humidifier. Any suggestions on a resonable device? Gave some Mykorrhiza from Tyroler Glückspilze and will give some compost tea tomorrow. Next update in about a week. Bye

Starting veg week 4. A few days ago the girls got some tea. In Addition to that I set both lights to 60%, think they can handle it now... I solved the humidity issue in a let's say non professional way... a wet towel helps a lot and now we got between 55 and 65%. I think this week we proceed with topping the plants, but I have to wait a few more days, I want a cutting for maybe a motherplant from the bigger one on the left. I will water with some sf nematodes to prevent fungus gnats and additionally will prepare some horsetail foliar spray. Next update with headless ladies. Bye

Starting veg week no. 5. As I mentioned in my last post I topped all 4 plants on friday. To be honest, the cuttings do not very well, I think using a heat mat wasn't really clever. I turned it off, we'll see if they will survive. As you can see, cover crop takes its job quite serious, so I had to chop it down a little bit to get more space. The plants grow very well and healthy so I won't change anything at the moment. I think next week they're getting their trellis.. Seems to become a good lazy grow. Have a nice week and schönen Herren-/Vatertag allerseits am Donnerstag...

Starting vegetation week 6. 2 days ago I adjusted the lights to 80 % and I mounted first floor trellis and it actually fills with green quite fast. Today I slightly chopped cover crop again to get some space. Nothing special last week, I readjusted the blumat system a little bit, tensiometer is now around 80 mbar constantly, we'll see if it's too much. Depending on the growth the next 2 days I think I'll switch to 12/12 on friday. I will give some compost tea on thursday to support transition to flower. Actually I'm quite satisfied with the progress and overall health. Beeing 12 days off from saturday on, I hope they will move on without issues, because the only thing my wife will care about is to fill the water tank. Anyway they won't die of thirst i guess... Have a nice week...

As expected plants look healthy and I switched to 12/12 on friday. The day before I gave some compost tea and took few of the biggest leaves off. Main defoliation and lollipopping will be around the end of the next week. Pictures were made on friday since i'll be back thursday next week. Until then they have to and I'm sure they will behave... Next update next week. Bye

Hello again, the last 12 days we got some decent stretch of about 100%. They made quite well. I yesterday turned lights to 100%, think they will handle it. I defoliated and set the second net. Some leaves were dropped to soil, the rest goes into the wormbag after a few days of drying. They start flowering, everything looks heathy and green. Seems like a good run so far. Have a nice weekend...

Welcome to flowering week nr 3 with my personal jungle. Played with photosettings for a more realistic color. Stretch went on, we're now at a overall height of about 95cm. We'll see where it will end. Actually I'm quite satisfied with the progress. I guess due to the use of a dehumidifier we're actually at a waterconsumption of about 10l or more a day, but the ladies look really comfortable with this situation. Buds start growing quite dense as far as I can evaluate in this early stage. Good citric smell. A really easy grow with no complications at all. I'll keep a cutting for cloning. Gonna brew and water some compost tee for the bed as well as for the outdoor garden the next days. Have a nice week (-end)@all...

Flowering week nr. 4. Buds are growing, stretch seems to be over. We are now at around 100 to 110 cm above soil level, easy to handle in my room. I think I'm done with this run, nature will do it's best and for me it is time to wait, fill the water reservoir and chill for around 6 weeks. The smell changes a bit, the citric comes now along with some wooden, really pleasant scent. Anticipation for harvesting is growing. Have a nice week @ all

Welcome to mid flowering. Buds and trichomes are growing. Found some fungus gnats, so I ordered once again nematodes to kill these ugly mf ers... Beside that I keep it simple and do nothing but filling the water reservoir every few days. My next seed order is on it's way, time to decide what strain we use for the next grow. Thinking about a mostly indica one, tending towards Barney's Purple Punch or Banana Punch. We'll see. Wishing a relaxed and green week@

Compost Tea 100 mll
Last few weeks, flowering nr. 6. For me the most exciting is to watch them girls getting ready. One of them is starting to get some white tips, the buds are grown quite close to the light. I won't change distance atm, hope/heard that this will not lead to a loss of quality/thc at all. Beside that I can't see any signs of stress or deficiencies, please comment if I'm wrong 😉 I kept soil moisture on the higher side with approx 80mbar on the tensiometer for the whole run and had no visible issues at all, the worms love their home. Ok last quarter in this game. I guess about 4 weeks to harvest. Next week I'll water composttea for the last time, and that's it. Have a good time🌿💚

Almost there... Time to prepare the dryroom. The green is getting lighter, slightly yellowing. As mentioned before I don't interfere anymore. Very excited about the end results. Can't wait... 💚🌿

Welkome to late flowering week 8. Until yesterday morning I was confident that this weeks description would sound like yeah man, everything developes fine, awesome cristalized buds, glorious scent and so on... and I would have told about one week till harvest, trichomes start slightly getting amber. One plant eventually 10 days... And for real this is absolutely correct, but one or lets say better two headbuds from my bushiest plant got both one suspicious leave. Didn't look bad but made me a little nervous. Due to the given room situation I don't get to the rear plants for proper inspection, so i cut the buds off. And luckily I did. Found some starting mold inside the buds, not to see from outside at this point. So I harvested in the end everything. Not one other bud showed signs, friends told me just to cut off the parts with mold, but I don't want to hope or pray for no more mold and so I threw away the whole branches that showed signs and cut everything down for proper inspection of every single bud and luckily found nothing even with my microscope. The dehumidifier worked day and night, but we have here that bad weather over the last month, with humidity at a let's say rainforest level... Due to this SOS harvest I didn't make a single picture before harvest... but at first sight it looked close to last week. Except 2 fucking leaves... Ok this run is done, seeds for the next are popped. They will move into the raised bed in about 2 weeks. I went for Barney's purple punch... Have a nice and green weekend...🌿

Great strain. Love the scent. Got 4 different phenos, 2 really big yielders, one quite slower than all others and one very fast and frosty, kept that pheno. Very excited about first tasting. Will add a smoke review after curing. Won't be the last time for me with amnesia lemon...

Told the whole story with last flowering week. Would have loved to wait one more week till harvest, but wasn't sure about contamination so it is what it is... Yield will be good even though I had to throw away 2 fully loaded branches. I will edit g/w ratio after proper drying. I'm excited about how much of it I have to feed the worms, because according to local laws my wife and me can keep in total 100g... never mind. New run is coming. The firstv2 days I dried at around 55% and 24 degree and then went up to 60%. Going to add a smoke review when properly cured in some weeks. Great strain, got interesting phenos. Kept one. Thank you Barney's. Thanks @all for watching. Next strain will be Barney's purple punch. Seeds already popped💚

@Fat_Olsh_Farms, my first experience with Barney's was a blue gelato 41, they say the plants gonna be tall but this stretch was unreal. It didn't stop 😉.I have good room for height but this was really incredible, had to bend the branches down. Since that Barney's became one of my absolutely favorite breeders. Best wishes🌿

@SANlight, thank you mate. To be honest the biggest improvement over the last years was the invest in the pair of Evos. Best gear ever! Greetings from Germany...

Don’t feed them to early, living soil got a lot of nutrients, specially at the first runs

@Chr_Fo, your plants are sick even now, listen to advices or at least be aware and dig deeper. Now you are so blatant that giving false and stupid advices to others and ruin not only yours garden, but other people too... Sad.

@TheGreenThumb, it,s more like a light top dress mainly malted barley, wormcastings, kelp and a tiny amount of insect frass. The last runs were quite massive... and the ladies like compost tea after repotting... it's the first time for me with this strain. Thank you for sharing your knowledge.
