deFharo 🖐️👨‍🌾 Welcome, marijuana lovers! I put several seeds to germinate, and since they were taking a bit longer and it seemed strange to me, I put two more seeds in wet paper and scraped a bit of the shell of one of them. It germinated in two days, and the rest started to germinate too. Now I have 3 seedlings; I will keep the one that looks the best at home and take the other two to the mountains to grow freely. I'm really curious about growing these homemade seeds; the ones I've grown so far haven't disappointed me. Now the seedlings live during the day in the light of a window and at night under a 450nm blue COB light with a consumption of 50w. I moisten the substrate with pure mountain water. Since I'm finally going to grow 9 plants at home, I'm going to reduce the size of some pots so they fit comfortably in the grow tent. UNTIL NEXT TIME... REGARDS AND HEALTH TO ALL! ========================= Seed born at home two seasons ago: The pollinator dad was a hermaphrodite Royal Purple Kush plant from Emerald Triangle Seeds (https://growdiaries.com/diaries/168834-grow-journal-by-defharo). deFharo 🖐️👨‍🌾 Welcome, marijuana lovers! The 3 seedlings are doing well, they look happy, living during the day under the spring sunlight, and at night under a blue COB (50w) at 450nm and a side LED panel (33w) at 6500K to provide presence in the light spectrum for colors like green, blue, or yellow. I moisten the substrate with pure mountain water. I’ve added a small fan to move the seedlings and strengthen the stem, when the stems start to become woody it will be time for transplanting. There are still no differences between these 3 seedlings, I will keep the best one to grow at home and the other two I will take up to the mountain! I’m happy to see the evolution of these homegrown strains, all related by the same father, all born at home, all loved, and finally all gathered for a family photo... let’s play! UNTIL NEXT TIME... deFharo 🖐️👨‍🌾 Welcome, underground cannabis enthusiasts! It's transplant day for this seedling conceived at home and now grown in the warmth of my house. I've chosen one of the 3 seedlings from this strain with Mexican roots to cultivate at home; the other two I'll take to the forest next week. After making a complex base substrate mix, I add up to 18 powdered minerals to create an ideal habitat for root expansion, quick microbiology establishment, and nutrient absorption. The pot I've chosen for this home strain is an old 7L black pot with large side openings where I've previously grown good plants. I complete the transplant in two phases. In this first phase, I soak the small pot with plenty of water, which allows me to easily remove the soil. Once buried in the new substrate, I wait 24 hours before watering, as the soaked root ball substrate will expand the moisture to the surrounding dry substrate. The second part consists of controlled surface watering, as even though I was pleased with the root development of all the plants from last season, I noticed that there weren't as many roots at the top of the substrate as I expected. The truth is I promoted moisture at the base from the very beginning, and that didn't favor the development of adventitious roots on the surface. I'm going to try to correct this, as root development at the base is always guaranteed. Once I've done the first watering, I will cover the substrate with mulch rescued from previous crops and a special mix to accelerate microbiology development and organic matter decomposition. I'll talk about the watering mix and mulch next week. Now all the seedlings for the season are in the main grow tent, surrounded by blue lights (450nm) and a 7700K LED panel to provide other light spectrums. I'm aiming for maximum compactness and branching. I've cleaned and disinfected the grow tent, organized some cables and lamps, and finally closed the tent for a few hours with an ozone generator at maximum power. Next week is going to be very busy; I'll complete the transplant of the 9 strains I'm going to grow at home and take the leftover seedlings to the forest! UNTIL NEXT TIME... CHEERS AND HEALTH TO ALL! UNTIL NEXT TIME... deFharo 🖐️👨‍🌾 Welcome, underground marijuana enthusiasts! The Mexican seedling, daughter of a satyr Purple King, conceived at home and now happily growing in the home that saw her birth alongside two stepsisters, also daughters of the same King. Comfortable in her new pot, she expands her leaves and roots, growing very compact under intense blue lights mainly, the stem shows good thickening and everything flows naturally... Long live Mexico! This week I took the two sister seedlings of this strain to the forest... Long live life! A day after transplanting, I completed the second phase of the process, adding a thin layer of a Bio mix of substrate with Solid Mountain Microorganisms, Rice Charcoal, pre-cooked living substrate, and algae and alfalfa powder, I finally cover this mix with Reused Mulch from previous crops and moisten everything. In the first few days, I kept moisture only on the top of the substrate, I have been moistening the mulch daily with mountain water, I intend to accelerate the spread of aerobic microbiology and encourage the expansion of adventitious roots in the upper part of the substrate, just below the mulch. Two days ago, I did a more abundant watering to allow moisture to penetrate the substrate, the amount of this initial watering is moderate, half of what I have calculated for when the plant is at maximum yield, because I don't want to saturate the substrate with water now, it's important for me to take advantage of the aeration of the new substrate, still not compacted by the waterings; the roots appreciate both oxygen and fluffy substrates, where they can move easily. With this first deep watering, I begin the feeding of all the seedlings, the girls are growing and asking for more food, and I will happily cook for them with each watering! 😉 I have started with a special mix of molasses with my Bio Fertilizer made from fresh coconut water with Efficient Microorganisms (EM, Minerals, vitamins, cytokinins, gibberellic acid, auxins....) the natural coconut water contains enough energy in the form of hormones, minerals, antioxidants, or vitamins to germinate a coconut seed and provide what it needs in the first weeks of life, to this I have added a bit of another Bio Fertilizer rich in amino acids, and nettle tea, finally, I adjust the pH of the mix with homemade Ormus from the Cantabrian Sea that provides the presence of practically all the minerals from the periodic table. Here you can see the process I followed for the creation of Bio Coco EM: https://growdiaries.com/diaries/134104-grow-journal-by-defharo/week/791322 UNTIL NEXT TIME... deFharo 🖐️👨‍🌾 Welcome, clandestine marijuana enthusiasts! Mexican plant daughter of a satyr Purple King on vacation in Acapulco, now happily growing in the home that saw her born alongside two stepsisters, daughters of the same King. The plant is growing and evolving very well, with broad leaves and great compactness. Five days ago, I made a cut to the central apex and applied a foliar spray with amino acids and other stimulating components. Yesterday, I also did the second nutrient watering. The large openings in the pot favor water consumption, a watering to boost growth and rooting; the plant appreciates it almost immediately. If the day is sunny, I take the plant outside during the hours of direct sunlight, as it still has a discreet and manageable size. In the grow tent, I’ve reduced the light period by another half hour, now 21/3h. I expect great evolution for this coming week... let’s play! UNTIL NEXT TIME... deFharo 🖐️👨‍🌾 Welcome, underground marijuana enthusiasts! Mexican plant, the bastard daughter of a satyr Purple King on vacation in Acapulco, now happily growing in the home that saw her born alongside two stepsisters, daughters of the same wicked King. The plant shows good establishment in the pot, water consumption has increased a lot, the compactness is phenomenal, and the plant displays exceptional strength in stems, branches, and leaves! I've started tying the branches to shape the plant and boost the growth of the lateral branches; this plant is on its way to becoming a sturdy beast capable of supporting the largest and densest buds. Last week, I overwatered this and other plants with too high a concentration, EC 1.7, and I started to notice a slight burn on the leaves of the plants affected by that watering. No problem, a few days later, I forced a deep watering with low EC 0.65, and at the same time, I added feather meal and mealfrass to the substrate, so that the microbiology can make the nutrients from these two materials available to the plant. Today, I've reduced the light schedule by half an hour, now 20:30h / 3:30h. The grow tent is starting to get crowded with the volume the plants are taking up; I think I won't get through this week without taking out two plants to grow them in my homemade cabinet, to have more space for all the plants. deFharo 🖐️👨‍🌾 Welcome, underground marijuana enthusiasts! Seventh week of life, the grow is happily progressing along the beaches of Acapulco. This Mexican plant, a bastard child of a satyr Purple King vacationing in Acapulco, is now growing happily in the home that saw her birth and in the company of two stepsisters, daughters of the same wicked King. The plant continues to grow peacefully; this week I've kept tying down the strong branches. The plant shows extreme compactness and a rising metabolism. This week I managed to control the height, and it has only stretched 3cm. I'm liking the path this grow is taking. I've also done a deep watering and a foliar application; water consumption is high. This type of pot always gives me good results. Today I reduced the light schedule by half an hour, now 20/4h. UNTIL NEXT TIME... deFharo 🖐️👨‍🌾 Welcome, underground cannabis enthusiasts! Eighth week of life, the grow is happily progressing along the beaches of Acapulco. This Mexican plant, a bastard child of a satyr Purple King on vacation in Mexico, is now happily growing in the home that saw her born and in the company of two stepsisters, daughters of the same wicked King. The evolution this week has been very good; the plant is completely established in its pot, growing and strengthening. Water consumption is very high, watering every 3 days, currently with mild and stimulating mixes. After this week, I will switch to the flowering schedule of 12/12h. The density of the crops has already saturated the grow tent, today I’m taking out two pots to grow them in my homemade grow closet, this way all the plants will be more comfortable and I can better optimize the light entry for everyone. This week, 3 deep waterings, one foliar application, and I’ve added a mix of dry amendments to the substrate... let’s play! UNTIL NEXT TIME... deFharo 🖐️👨‍🌾 Welcome, enthusiasts of clandestine and organic marijuana! Happy ninth week by the beaches of Acapulco. This Mexican plant, a bastard daughter of a satyr Purple King who was on vacation in Mexico, is now happily growing in the home that saw her born and in the company of two stepsisters, daughters of the same wicked King. Today these plants are enjoying the spring sunshine, but it’s the last day they will see the sun, because tomorrow they leave adolescence for the 12/12h light cycle, from now on they will live cloistered and deceived, at night they will see the light and when the sun shines, they will sleep, and I will stop seeing them during the day, our meetings will be nocturnal and clandestine! 😍 Great growth this week, there are several branches sticking out with unusual strength... the plant claims its lineage! Water consumption is exceptional, watering every 2 days, I have never reached these consumption rates in 7L pots, for me, an evident sign of a healthy, powerful root system ready to serve the plant and manage the energy that the plant captures with its aerial part with maximum efficiency. Today the plant measures 39cm in height, my goal is to minimize vertical stretching as much as possible over the next 2/3 weeks and not exceed 70cm in height. The branches are extremely strong and ready to fill with flowers throughout their length. 😜 I think I will have to take great care of the health of the roots until the end, as being a small pot (7L) it’s easy to saturate the substrate with nutrients, so I will moderate the EC concentration until the end, since I don’t water only with water throughout the entire grow, I maintain the habit of feeding with each watering, and no watering is the same as another... as if it were me! 😜 This week four waterings and the last foliar application of the season, always with unique mixes. 👽 I keep the plants flattened with a lot of light intensity, there are no shady spots in this grow tent, 😎 a couple of days ago I added another 3000K COB lamp with a lens due to the saturation of the tent from the density and size of the leaf masses, until the stretching stops I will keep the same lamps I have been using during the vegetative growth, once the growth stops and the plant starts to flower, I will make a radical change of all the blue lamps (450nm) and replace them with others, 😍 with predominantly red and orange colors. UNTIL NEXT TIME... deFharo 🖐️👨‍🌾 Welcome, enthusiasts of clandestine and organic marijuana! Happy tenth week by the beaches of Acapulco. This Mexican bastard child of a satyr Purple King who was on vacation in Mexico is now happily growing in the home that saw her born, alongside two stepsisters, daughters of the same wicked King. It's the first week since switching to a 12/12cm schedule, the plant has stretched 7cm, and at the same time, it strengthens the stem and branches. The compactness is extreme, the water consumption brutal... nothing is going to go wrong with this beloved bastard. I hope for some stretching during this coming week and maybe a few more days; to try to slow it down, I have a lot of lights close to all the crops... no mercy! 💡💡💡💡💡💡💡 Watering mixes every 2 days, soft and tonifying until pre-flowering appears, and then I will change lights and Bio Fertilizers, and the great game of flowering will begin. Additionally, I plan to gradually increase the schedule to 13/11h during that week, to allow more time for photosynthesis without slowing down flowering. UNTIL NEXT TIME... deFharo 🖐️👨‍🌾 Welcome, enthusiasts of clandestine and organic marijuana! Once happy weeks by the beaches of Acapulco. This Mexican plant, a bastard daughter of a satyr Purple King who was on vacation in Mexico, now grows happily in the home that saw her born, alongside two stepsisters, daughters of the same King: Royal Boss and Royal Gypsy. The plant has fully entered flowering, it has stretched 10cm this week and I hope those are the last, overall it seems that all the plants have stopped stretching for the past 2-3 days, I notice this because in these last days I haven't had to adjust the height of the lamps, something I have to do practically daily during the first days since I changed the schedule to 12/12h. Very sturdy and with super strong branches, this home strain is going to make some noise, the vigor is impressive, I water deeply every 2 days, with varied mixes, it has never received the same watering as another in its entire life, from now on, I will make a change to Bio Fertilizers and bring out my arsenal for flowering, this, together with the radical change of lights I will make tomorrow, basically translates to transforming all possible energy from photosynthesis into huge cannabis flowers... let’s play! At the same time, I am extremely curious to see the phenotype that this home strain gives me. Will it resemble Mom or Dad? With the last watering, I added a mix of dry amendments to the substrate, in that same watering I included molasses to give extra energy to the Microorganisms and get them to start eating the extra organic matter. This season I am limiting the use of molasses in waterings, until now I used it in every single watering, from the beginning to the end of the crops. But this season I have only used molasses in the first weeks of cultivation to enhance the proliferation of Microbiology in the substrate and the expansion of the roots, and for the past two weeks I stopped adding molasses, only when the plants have had significant volume, now, the plant itself will take care of providing sugars to give energy to the MM, it's not that I've observed any obvious anomalies from the continued use of molasses, but I don't want to influence the original flavor or aromas of the plant. What I did clearly observe last season, where I began to reduce molasses especially in flowering, is that all the plants ended up with much more intense and varied aromas than usual, it could also be that other factors influenced, like the substrate mix, but I believe that it is the intensive use of molasses that ended up influencing and masking the flavor and smell. UNTIL NEXT TIME... deFharo 🖐️👨‍🌾 Welcome, underground and organic marijuana enthusiasts! Twelve happy weeks along the beaches of Acapulco and the third since the switch to 12/12H. This Mexican plant is a bastard child of a Purple King who was on vacation in Mexico, now it grows happily in the home where it was born, alongside two stepsisters, daughters of the same King: Royal Boss and Royal Gypsy. The plant is fully focused on flower formation, the immaculate floral buds take center stage, vertical stretching has stopped, this week it has grown 3cm and the final size is 59cm, perfect! I've done four deep waterings this week, as the plant consumes all the water in the pot every two days. The waterings during flowering are done with more complex mixes than in the vegetative stage and increasing the EC concentration. With the watering I did today, I removed all the ties from the branches, the plant now has its size and shape defined, now to form flowers! At the same time, I've made changes to the lights in the grow tent. I removed 3 blue lamps (450nm) and replaced them with 3 others with more yellow and red color spectra. Additionally, I've added two more lamps on the sides to encourage more photosynthesis across the entire leaf mass. And finally, this week I've increased the light by 15 minutes every 2 days until reaching 13 hours of light... more photosynthesis, more energy processed, more nutrient needs = more flowers! deFharo 🖐️👨‍🌾 Welcome, enthusiasts of clandestine and organic marijuana! Thirteen happy weeks along the beaches of Acapulco. Third week since the start of flowering. This Mexican plant is a bastard child of a hermaphrodite Purple King that passed through my garden, now happily growing in the home that saw it born, alongside two stepsisters, daughters of the same King: Royal Boss and Royal Gypsy. The three stepsisters are growing happily in their humble old school 7-liter pots; these three homegrown strains, pollinated by a hermaphrodite Purple King, have nothing to envy from my other foreign plants. All of them proudly reclaim their mixed heritage, forming flowers and more flowers, eating and drinking as if there were no tomorrow… but of course, these little bastards are playing at home! UNTIL NEXT TIME... CHEERS AND HEALTH TO EVERYONE! ========================= Bastard seed born at home two seasons ago: The pollinating dad was a hermaphrodite Royal Purple Kush from Emerald Triangle Seeds (https://growdiaries.com/diaries/168834-grow-journal-by-defharo). The mom was Acapulco Gold from MSNL seeds (https://growdiaries.com/diaries/168809-grow-journal-by-defharo) =========================

deFharo 🖐️👨‍🌾 Welcome, underground and organic marijuana enthusiasts! It's the fourth week since the start of flowering, and this small but sturdy hybrid plant, a bastard child of a hermaphrodite Purple King that passed through my garden, is now happily growing in the home that saw it born, alongside two stepsisters, daughters of the same King: Royal Boss and Royal Gypsy. Comparing this crop to its parents, I'm a week away from the halfway mark of flowering, but there's also a clear improvement in the development of this plant compared to its progenitors. I've managed to compact and create a larger leaf mass than its ancestors; the mother Acapulco Gold measured 15 cm more at the same age, and the leaf mass was much smaller than what this plant presents. Despite the fact that I grew the original in a larger pot (11 L), the same goes for the father, Royal Purple Kush, which is 18 cm shorter in height but has better leaf mass, although by this point, Dad was already showing significant flower formation. Well, in my quest to surpass myself, I adjust and experiment, season after season with new techniques. This season, I've put special emphasis on: Light compaction and new watering techniques and mixes to promote the total expansion and health of the roots before transitioning to flowering, so that I can reach flowering with a plant fully prepared to process a lot of light energy with the invaluable help of the substrate microbiology and my Soluble Bio Fertilizers. Additionally, this season I've better controlled the quantity and timing of plant hormone contributions: Auxins, Cytokinins, Gibberellins, etc., etc... nothing can go wrong! 😁 UNTIL NEXT TIME... REGARDS AND HEALTH TO ALL! ========================= Bastard seed born at home two seasons ago: The pollinator dad was a hermaphrodite plant of Royal Purple Kush from Emerald Triangle Seeds (https://growdiaries.com/diaries/168834-grow-journal-by-defharo). deFharo 🖐️👨‍🌾 Welcome, enthusiasts of clandestine and organic marijuana! Fifth week since the start of flowering. We're halfway through the game! The plant is making progress in its effort to fill the strong branches with fat buds. This week I did three waterings, the first two with EC above 2.0, the third one lighter. I'm going to ease up on all the waterings for this coming week since the plant is showing some signs of over-fertilization, nothing that can't be fixed with a couple of stimulating waterings with low EC... let's play! Nevertheless, the plant doesn't slow down in its great metabolism and water consumption. This plant still has a lot to say; for now, it's surpassing its mom, Acapulco Gold... nothing can go wrong! UNTIL NEXT TIME... deFharo 🖐️👨‍🌾 Welcome, enthusiasts of clandestine and organic marijuana! Sixth week of flowering, and the plant is holding strong in its little 7L pot. This has been a week of watering with moderate EC, and the plant appreciates it by fattening up the buds. A lot of water, light, and nutrients are being consumed by this bastard and rebellious plant. The density of the buds is enormous; they are very hard, and some pistils are starting to oxidize, adding beautiful brown tones to the buds... we’re still in the game! UNTIL NEXT TIME... deFharo 🖐️👨‍🌾 Welcome, enthusiasts of clandestine and organic marijuana! Seventh week of flowering for this Mexican hybrid crossed with a Purple King, and it looks like Dad's colors are starting to tint the buds... let's go! deFharo 🖐️👨‍🌾 Welcome, enthusiasts of clandestine and organic marijuana! Eighth week of flowering for this Acapulco Gold plant crossed with a Purple Kush. The buds look fantastic, they're very fat and dense, staying lively and in full growth, the pot consumes water in two days, I'm being careful not to overload the substrate and the plant appreciates it... deFharo 🖐️👨‍🌾 Welcome homegrown, underground, and organic marijuana enthusiasts! Ninth week of flowering for this hybrid plant, daughter of a lascivious Purple King of Kush and a delicate Mexican Acapulco Gold plant. deFharo 🖐️👨‍🌾 Welcome, enthusiasts of homemade, clandestine, and organic marijuana! Tenth week of flowering for this hybrid plant, daughter of a lustful Purple King of Kush and a delicate Mexican Acapulco Gold plant... the little bastard is growing better than her father or mother, the buds are huge and dense, the aromas intense... the plant is giving its all for me! 😍 The plant shows enough energy and vigor to keep fattening the enormous colas for one more week, many white pistils dominate the scene, water consumption is high and stable, I continue watering with varied nutrient mixes, but at a lower concentration than in previous weeks, the plant, whether it wants to or not, is growing up and doesn't need as much nutrient. deFharo 🖐️👨‍🌾 Welcome homegrown, underground, and organic marijuana enthusiasts! Just two weeks into flowering for this hybrid plant, daughter of a lascivious Purple King of Kush and a delicate Mexican Acapulco Gold... the little bastard is growing better than her father or mother, the buds are huge and dense, the aromas intense... the plant is just two steps away from paradise! 😍 The colas seem limitless, they are enormous and filled with white pistils, the plant refuses to age. It's fascinating for me to see this strain grown at home compete and win against other foreign strains... we keep playing! 😍 UNTIL NEXT TIME... Happy Harvest Day!

deFharo 🖐️👨‍🌾 Welcome, enthusiasts of homemade, clandestine, and organic marijuana! Twelve weeks of flowering for this bastard plant, daughter of a lustful Purple King of Kush and a delicate Mexican Acapulco Gold plant... it was conceived without permission in my grow closet, turning it into a house of sin, growing in the warmth of the home that saw it born. I didn't reject it for being an illegitimate child; I embraced it, pampered it, loved it, it never felt out of place in my garden of joy, nor did it feel ashamed of its origins. Today, it has become a Royal Strain in its own right, improving the lineage of both dad and mom... and I'm going to smoke every last trichome! I cut the plant at dawn, after leaving it out overnight, wanting to capture all the scents of the plant. Today, the huge buds are drying in front of a fan to speed up moisture loss and to protect them from the extremely high relative humidity (75%) that surrounds us these days... in a couple of weeks, I'll try the smoke and finish this report. MEANWHILE... CHEERS AND HEALTH TO EVERYONE! ========================= Bastard seed born at home two seasons ago: The pollinator dad was a hermaphrodite plant of Royal Purple Kush from Emerald Triangle Seeds (https://growdiaries.com/diaries/168834-grow-journal-by-defharo). Really nice growth mate Do you add enzymes or anything to break down your leaves?

@gottagrowsometime, Hello, thanks and welcome, I maintain a thick layer of mulch that serves as food for the microbiology of the substrate, in addition, I constantly inoculate Mountain Microorganisms (MM) that are found in my Bio Fertilizers. You can read this, where I explain how I interact with Mulch: growdiaries.com/diaries/134104-grow-journal-by-defharo/week/717809
