17.04: Sticking with 18/06 lighting. No water today. Soil is moist but both pots seem quite a bit lighter. Will consider watering tomorrow again. Happy plant: not going to touch. Unhappy plant: shes not looking great. It's tied down with LST, so that explains the lean a bit, but it hasn't perked up. Trimmed 3 saggy and very dark leaves which seemed to open up the new leaves beneath those to light. Hoping it brings better airflow as well. Looks slightly better than yesterday, if nothing else. 🤷 Will report back tomorrow. Press the thumbs. 18.04: Day 37 Both plants were light and top soil was dry. Watered 2L each with about 200ml runoff per plant. Healthy plant: Let's try some LST. Used U shape galvanized steel ties to lightly pull 4 branches down. See pictures. 21.04: Day 40 P1 looks even more happy in D40. Removed a few of the bottom fan leaves that were blocking the new growth. Very beginning of flowering today. P2: looks better! Also removed two fan leaves. About a day behind in terms of flowering. Still noticeably smaller than P1f but should produce some buds. P1 started to show burn on tips of highest leaves. I believe this might still indicate a bit of light burn or the last light burn still showing. Hard to say but it's been over a week, so I'm going to decrease the light even further. I'm maintaining 14" from the light on the highest point. Also decreasing power of 150W light from 100% on 18/06 to 75%. This is recommended from the manufacturer for flowers at the start of flowering (75%-100% power)
