Hey, this will be my first Grow. Thankfully Legalization in Germany made this possible. I will grow 3 different Strains Outdoors because my Parents have a huge garden. I build my own Pots and then used a Recipe from Zamnesia.com to mix my own Soil. It consists: 200l of compost 225l of peat moss 140l of coco 100l of perlite bat guano, azomite, dolomite, epsom salt, horse manure, rock phosphate, blood meal, bone meal and humic acid. I added some hay as mulch to minimize evaporation and it worked pretty well as i did not water the pots and there was still moisture in it after 4 days at around 28°C and direct sun all day. I also added a few extra plants to the pots for symbiosis. I germinated the seeds indoors in 1l Pots with a germinating mix from my local garden center. Dutch Passion had an article on their blog and i used this method. It worked perfect as all seeds germinated between 30 and 40 hours. The plants are sitting now under my 100w full spectrum led for the next 3 weeks.

The plants grew really well during the first week after germination. During the first 3 days, they got really tall. I reduced the distance to my LED to about 30cm and added some soil to my pots. They slowed down growing in height and started growing a few more leafs. I watered them twice with about 70-100ml of water and BioBizz Root Juice. In the upcoming week I will add some light fertilizer.

The plants are growing really well. I started fertilizing at day 9 after germination and increased the amount of water. I watered every 2-3 days. The Shaman has some slightly twisted leaves. I am not sure if its "wind burn", because its the only plant and the one that's closest to the air fan. I switched the positions and if it doesn't get worse, i won't do anything. The Frisian Dew and the Critical Orange Punch start smelling a little bit. The Critical Orange Punch reminds me a little bit of peppermint 😋 One to go indoors 😤

I put the plants outdoors in 250l pots in Week 3. They had 19 Days to grow indoors. I used the same fertilizer mixture like in week 2. Day temperature was 25°C and about 13°C at night. The sun intensity was pretty high and i think they got a little sunburn. The temperature will drop the next few days. Hopefully not to much. The next weeks I will only water with rainwater. I still have to test the Ph of it.

Week already 4 already. The plants grew really well and they started to stretch a little bit. I had to water them only once because it rained a little bit and the temperatures are low. I added some BB Fish Mix because they had Symptoms of N deficiency. I think, that there were no nutrients left in the old pot and the root ball could not develop as fast as needed. I build some small greenhouses because the night temperatures for the following week are as low as 7°C. 😬 The next step is Topping. They already have like 7 nodes and I want them to grow a little bit bushier. 😊

Week 5 is over and the plants had changing weather. From 4°C at night at its lowest to 28°C day temperatures at the end of the week. The greenhouses did a great job! I still used some of my leftover fish mix for fertilizing. I will empty the bottle probably in the next 2 weeks. After that, I will stop fertilizing with industrial fertilizer because the long time fertilizers will work and I will mix my own fertilizer. I topped the plants at day 1 of week 5. The growth was a little stunted in my opinion, as the growth was not so rapid compared to the other weeks. But this could also be because of the temperatures. The weather will be more stable the following week and so I am hoping fore more growth!

Not much happened in week 6. The plants grow really well and the temperatures are in good range. I topped them a second time on day 42. While topping, I saw an Aphid infestation on my Critical Orange Punch. I removed the Aphids with a Q-Tip. The Critical Orange Punch is 60cm tall, the Shaman 65cm and the Frisian Dew 75cm.

Veg Week 7 is over. The weather is very inconsistent. Luckily not extrem. The plants are doing well. The Aphids from last week are not existent anymore. Collected some ladybug larva and that is all I had to do. Because of some rain, I just needed to water them once with some liquid manure from nettles. Last week I topped my plants. Actually it was FIMing... The vertical growth on the Critical Orange Punch is a little slower. The other two plants are growing really fast. On the last day of week 7 I removed weeds from the pots and cleaned up my spot. So it looks way better now 😊

Week 8: Tons of rain and bad weather. The plants did not grow a lot, but no watering was needed. 😅 Next week will be better. 😁 I build a LST frame from Bamboo and some wire. I startet to pull the branches apart with some thin rope. On the last day of week eight I removed some leaves. Hopefully this will boost growth of the outer branches. The leaves were mixed with some ground coffee and added to the soil. Mulch was added after that I added some special paint and copper to the pots against snails and slugs. The Critical Orange Punch is a little behind. She will probably not catch up, but I am happy how she looks. Frisian Dew - 110cm Shaman - 105cm Critical Orange Punch - 80cm

Temperatures are rising and we had more sun in week 9. The plants grew really well and I keep doing the LST. I watered them once on the last day of the week with some compost tea. The soil was way to wet before, cause it rained a lot in week 8. During the LST I snapped one of the biggest branches of the Shaman. It is still attached with about 50% of the surface and stable. I will keep it and wait if it recovers.

The weather was amazing this week. Really like i know summer in my area. Up to 12h of pure sun a day and temperatures up to 30°C. My self mixed soil is working perfect. I watered them once with about 15-20l of water per plant and after 3 days there was still enough moisture in it. Some of the inner leafes turned yellow and i removed them. I probably have to fertilize a little. Because of work, i did not have enough time to do the care work but this will change the next few days.

Week 12: Really hot and sunny weather with up to 34°C. We had a couple thunderstorms but the plants took them well. I only watered them twice with an average of 8l per day per plant. I added some Nitrogen fertilizer and the yellowing of the leaves slowed down. I will prune the plants from now on every 2 weeks. Not much to do. Probably 6 weeks of veg left. Week 13 is over and the fertilizer I used last week seems to work. The yellowing of the inner leaves slowed down and the pants look healthy. I watered twice with some Nettle Manure and the rain did the rest. The Frisian Dew grew 15cm in one week and the shaman 10cm. The Critical Orange Punch grows a little slower but I like her shape. Shaman - 155cm Frisian Dew - 160cm Critical Orange Punch - 125cm On the last day of week 13 i did a lot of pruning. I removed a lot of the inner leafes and cut away smaller branches which were getting no light. During pruning I found the first signs of preflower. Hopefully they will start to flower at the beginning of August.

Week 14 with a lot of sun and warm temperatures. I watered twice with about 25l per plant. The soil was still moist, so everything was perfect. The Shaman and Frisian Dew are growing really fast. Flower ist probably right around the corner. I would estimate that the Frisian Dew ist somewhere between 1,70m and 1,75m. The branches start to stack at the top.

I am back from vacation. The plants grew a lot during my 2 weeks away. The Frisian Dew is now 2,10m, the Shaman 2,00m and the Critical Orange Punch 1,85m. On the Shaman and Frisian Dew, 2 Branches snapped because of their own weight. I used some rope and tied them back. The branches look like they still pull water so I am keeping them. Temperatures were hot with up to 34°C. All plants are pre flowering but are still not in real flower.

Stable and mostly dry weather. We had a Thunderstorm this week and a few big branches snapped. I had to remove one completly. The rest was tied back to the frame. I also removed a lot of leaves for air circulation. Strange to see the plants like this...

Windy, cold and rainy. An average german september week. The plants are doing well and i could not find any bud rot. The shaman propably has two weeks to go. The Frisian Dew and Critical Orange Punch a little longer. I hope they will make it in ocotber. I defoliated the Frisian Dew this week which was about 2hrs of work. I hope this prevents mold.

Wow, those look pretty big and bushy—happy growing, buddy! I'm also cultivating similar strains. Could you share more details about your indoor setup until week 3? I think whatever you did really spurred their growth; mine seem about a week behind. Maybe I trimmed one too much, and that's causing the difference, but even my best plant feels a week slow. I think it's more the trim than the light but do you have any indoor light for the initial weeks?

@Baba_VJ, Hey, I used a Spiderfarmer SF1000d LED for 17h a day. The soil I used, was a really low nutrient germinating Soil. I had one plant with a higher nutrient soil, which was also a little behind. But this could be a coincidence. Personally, I wouldn't use HST Methods so early in the process. And I have also adjusted the Ph of my water every time.
