I popped the seeds using the water in glass method. I put them into seedling trays until they sprouted, then i put them directly into the 20 gallon container i found in the garage. I mixed up my soil as follows:
- 60 % plagron growmix
- 20 % compost
- 20 % perlite
I added nutrients into the soil:
- about a handful of plagron supermix
- about two cups of horn shavings
- organic stuff like coffee grounds, grounded eggshells
- i put some worms from my compost in too :)
I used the same formula for the 12 liter fabric pot.
I filled the bottom of the container with a 10 liter pack of clay balls.
All of the blueberry auto seeds by Fastbuds sprouted. 100% germination rate.
This week was rough. The temperatures suddenly fell gor the whole week. At day it was maxiimum 10 degrees. At night the temperatures fell below zero and it even started snowing. However, i covered the plants soil with woodwool to keep the plants warmer. Im confident that the plants can take the evironmental hit.
The weather is warmer, the planta drink more and grow very fast. I topped one bluebbery auto by fastbuds and did lst on the other ones. The fastbuds plants have a think stem.
The potted plant has a thick stem and a very nice structure due to topping and LST. It also has its first pistils, so has entered the flowering stage. The plants in the 80 l container are not yet flowering, however they seem to grow faster each week.
As i said i put other plants into the big container. Theyre going crazy. The blueberry auto on the left od the containee is huge. About 0.6 meters. The one in the fabric pot is nice and has a beautiful smell.
The plants in the big pot is getting huge, ita about 0.9m tall and very wide. The one in the fabric pot has a nice small and a lot of trichomes, however, theres a lot of bud rot too.
I had to cut down the blueberry auto in the pot, because the bud rot was taking over athough the plant was not fully ripe. However the plant in the big container is big and starting to bud up nice.
There's only one blueberry auto left and ita in the 80 l pot. The plant growth ia nice ans the smell is fruity and strong. However, there's a lot of bus rot again on this blueberry auto. In the middle of the 80 l pot is a RQS White Widow as well as on the right.
The bud rot is was taking over the blueberry auto while I was on holidays. When I came back I had to cut it down. Meanwhile, the two White Widows are doing great.
Had to harvest the blueberry auto. The white widow on the right is showing early flower signs of a male so I chopped it down too. There's only the female RQS White Widow in the middle left.
